This studio has hardwood floors and tile in kitchen and bathroom. Comfortably furnished for short or longer term stays, including linens and fully equipped kitchen. Studio located in small historic art deco building, a two story garden apt. style walk up with private keyed entrance, quiet and relaxing, yet very close to Lincoln Road.

South Beach is just a quick causeway from Miami's mainland where you will find endless opportunity for culture and arts, live theatre, concerts, and numerous well- known and admired communities such as Coral Gables, known for it's Old Spanish architure and historic landmarks. Also Miami Beach has numerous islands such as Star, Palm, Hibiscus, where the rich and famous live and play. See these from a boat on board a variety of dinner cruises that leave from the area marinas. Numerous casino gambline cruises also depart the Miami Beach area.

Notes: The bldg. has a keyed gate entry to the front garden, then a keyed entry to the actual bldg. The futon serves as the couch in the sitting area and a bed which folds out at night for sleeping. This setup allows for spacious, comfortable living during the day when bed not open for sleeping. While the kitchen is ample for preparing meals, the area has dozens of take out and delivery options and some of Miami's best dining right at the turn of the corner.
