House, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Anchors aweigh towards a delightful vacation in this bright and cheery two bedroom beach house. Only one short block to the ocean! Within walking distance to the pier and an easy 10 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine!

Our beach house features two bedrooms and two full baths. A master with a Queen Size Bed and private Master Bathroom and a Guest Room with twin bunk beds and a full size convertible futon..

Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, satellite cable TV, DVD and DVD library and free WIFI. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker. Flat Screen TV's in Living room and Master Bedroom.

Additional amenties include 2 beachcomber bicycles, 4 boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and a wagon to tow your items to and from the beach. It also includes board games, puzzles and toys/games.

The exterior offers a brand new hot/cold outdoor shower and charcoal grill. The yard is enclosed with an 8 foot fence ensuring privacy.

All Linens Provided.

Pets are welcome.

Smoking is not permitted.

Maximum 6 people.

We welcome mini vacations as well as extended vacations. Cleaning fees are waived for stays of 10 days or longer. Discounts are also offered on extended stays.

Why Frank and Donna Wilson chose St. Augustine Beach

Our family has been vacationing here for about 10 years. Our extended family gets together here twice a year. We all loved it so much that we each bought a house here!

What makes this house unique

We love to come here with our two daughters and our dog Charmin. We love that we can just walk to the beach, leave our things and come and go as we want due to the close proximity to the beach. Our dog Charmin's favorite part of the day is the morning and evening for her walks on the beach! We love the Farmer's Market which is on Wednesday's at the pier and that we can walk or take the beachcombers. It is so conveniently located to either downtown (10 min drive) or Disney (1 3/4 hours drive). We never want to leave once we are here!!!

Late Winter vacation

The home is charming, and a very short walk to a magnificent beach. The owners have included everything one could possibly need for a beach vacation and it is immaculately clean. A perfect getaway in a very comfortable house and a short distance to the old city of St. Augustine with its' many attractions. The owners have provided a list of recommended restaurants, and having tried a few I can heartily confirm their recommendations. I can without reservation recommend this house to anyone considering a vaction in St. Augustine. We have a dog and having a private fenced-in yard was a welcome bonus.

A Wonderful Thanksgiving Week!

A perfect place to combine a beach vacation and the sight seeing St. Augustine has to offer. The house was clean, well equiped, and perfect for our needs. The fenced in yard worked well for our pet and the bikes and beach equipment are an added bonus. We had a great stay and this property will definately be first on our list when we return.

A fabulous get-a-way to St. Augustine, Florida.

Our extended visit to Nautical Smile, St. Augustine Florida was awesome. The house included every amenity you could wish for. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The house was very clean and maintained. The deck and patio area were perfect for early morning breakfast. The owners provided a wealth of information regarding the residence, as well all the important information a tourist would need for the area. Highly recommend this setting for your next get-a-way!!!!

completely enjoyed our stay!

This house was perfect for us! Having two kids under two and a dog, it was hard to find a place we could all stay. This house was great for everyone. The house is small, but the set up of the house was perfect for our family. The 8ft privacy fence surrounding the yard around the house was awesome. Perfect for our dog to stay outside or for the kids to run around. The pics are very accurate. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. They had a ton of stuff there for us to use and the owners were very helpful in answering all my emails about what was there and what we needed to bring :) They really have the best price for all that they offer! We will stay here again next year!

Lovely house, great location, we had a wonderful time

We loved the house, and taken advantage of the bikes and beach amenities the owners have so graciously supplied. The house is within walking distance to quite a few great restaurants, and the beach. A Publix is only a few minutes drive away, and downtown St. Augustine is within 10 minutes drive. We will definitely come back to visit again. Thanks!
