Lovely House with Tennis Court, Swimming Pool, Fire pit, Large lawn area, Wi-Fi, Great to just relax by the pool with your family and play tennis at this mini estate; Have a Bar-B-Q, or just to watch your favorite program on the flat screen TV. The spacious Bedroom has a King Bed and another bedroom has a Queen bed, and the living room has a futon couch. This house is 1 block from our city treasure, Bidwell Park. It sits on one acre which is fully landscaped. Bring your tennis rackets. The Tennis court was just resurfaced and a regulation fence is surrounding the court. The yard is also fully fenced. Built in speakers for your favorite music. Everyone can use the Recreation Room by the tennis courts. The House was just completely remodeled and is ready to rent on a monthly basis of 30 days or more. Perfect as a furnished executive rental for working or enjoying.

About Joyce Mikkelson

We love to travel and teach International Business. We both work at the community college at the Center for International Trade Development. We just recently did a trade mission in Mexico to help promote California Dried Fruits and Nut products, and one to Munich Germany to promote California Solar technology. The picture is of me and my daughter Jamie in New York last year.
