We've lived in Austin since 1996 and love the city! Amanda has been a licensed Realtor in Austin for 12 years, and we personally manage all of our rental properties - both furnished and unfurnished. We love meeting our guests from all over the world and creating a wonderful and memorable visit for them in Austin. And when we're vacationing, we always enjoy staying in vacation rentals and bed & breakfasts as well!
The home is so beautiful having been recently remodeled. The back yard feels secluded and inviting, and the hot tub makes this home everyone's favorite during the winter months! The home is unique because it is one of the few large homes in Central Austin. It is quite spacious and will make your stay more enjoyable! As an added perk, you can walk to almost anything - the movies, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and more!
We have personally managed all of our rental properties for 10 years and take pride in each home we own. Our goal is to make sure every guest has a wonderful experience staying with us!
The City of Austin requires that Vacation rentals obtain a license for legal operation. Legal operations will have their license number in their listing.
Thank you for such an awesome house. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time. It is very well decorated and calming.
We stayed in this house for 3 nights this March for a swim meet on the UT campus. It was very clean, and the kitchen was very functional. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable mattresses. We did have to call the owners during our stay with questions and they were very receptive and helpful. We felt the location was also good for trips back and forth to the University of Texas swim center. We would definitely stay here again.
The home was very clean and worked perfect for our family vacation. I would highly reccomend staying there and we will on our next vacstion to Austin.
There were three generations sharing for two weeks and the villa was ideal. It is very child friendly (apart from pond in garden). The few issues we had were dealt with very promptly by the owners. Plenty of space when local family members came for a meal.
The only issue was that the boiler was very noisy - but we rectified (after a short conversation with the owner) by turning off at night!
Would definitely recommend for a group.
We stayed in this house for four nights, around New Year's Eve. The location is convenient and the neighborhood is fun to take walks in. The beds are great, and we enjoyed the hot tub very much! We had dogs with us and the yard was perfect for them. The appliances are very nice, and there was plenty of furniture when local family members came for meals. The management group was quick to respond if we needed anything. I would absolutely stay here again!
Exceeded our expectations. Wonderful home and neighborhood. We were surprised by the promptness of taxi and travel service. And we were very close to places for supplies and very good dining options. Loved it. Highly recommend.
As an expat, it's nice to return home once in a while ad to stay in a real American house. Plenty of space, two living rooms is great for the kids to have some space, and very well equipped. No bare bones kitchen here with one spatula, we had absolutely everything we needed to cook with. Having a closed in back yard with peace and quiet did wonders to help recharge the soul. We didn't use the hot tub since it was summer, but I'm sure in the winter it's fantastic. Nice location, in a neighorhood but still close to things with easy highway access.
