Charming, antique Cape located on beautiful grounds over looking Black Pond. Located within a short walk to beaches and town! Main house offers large master bedroom, a large second bedroom with private bath and a separate entrance off of the patio, and two additional small cozy bedrooms. A/C unit in master bedroom only. The Guest house has a large bedroom, private bath and sitting room with a deck and views of the pond. The Fish Pier is a short walk to the end of the street. Wireless Internet!
