Welcome to our professionally decorated, 1685 sq. ft., fully furnished, 3 bedroom 2 bath home that shows like a model! Situated in the heart of The Villages, it is just minutes away from the two town squares that offer free nightly entertainment and dancing, fine and casual dining, and signature shops. Golf at the many nearby championship and executive golf courses, swim in one of the sixty plus pools, make new friends at the recreation and fitness centers with innumerable indoor activities where you can socialize or enjoy sponsored events, or have fun in the sun playing tennis, pickleball, volleyball, basketball, bocce, shuffleboard, baseball, handball, riding along miles of golf cart paths, or exercising on the walking trails. Relax and enjoy a movie at one of two theaters or knock down a few pins at the bowling alleys. Take a free trolley ride or experience a boat ride on Lake Sumter. Watch live polo matches (in season) --there are endless possibilities!

The open floor plan has vaulted ceilings in the living areas, a 42” TV in the entertainment center with plenty of seating, a beautiful dining room that seats 6 and a fully appointed kitchen with breakfast bar. Adjacent to the dining room is the laundry room with a washer and dryer under air which is most desirable. The Master has a king bed, TV in the armoire, walk in closet, and vanity with a walk in shower and linen closet in the bathroom. The Guest has a queen bed, full closet and ample storage. The third bedroom is furnished as a den and includes a pull out queen sleeper sofa with the main bath situated between the guest room and the den. Sliders from both the living room and the master bedroom gain entry to the lanai with its four seat table and loveseat ready for you to relax with your morning coffee while watching the gentle breeze of the palm trees in the backyard of your very private corner lot.

Two guest IDs, a four seater golf cart, two bicycles, utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn services, WiFi, and basic & free long distance phone service within the U.S., its territories and Canada are included.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+.

Extraordinary handling of a sudden cancellation

I reserved #375236 May 1-16, 2013, all fees paid and all paperwork had been completed. Unfortunately, a sudden family illness prevented me from taking advantage of this beautiful home. I notified the owner of my situation and she was most gracious and understanding. Without hesitation, she refunded my rent and fees in full. Although I did not have the pleasure of meeting the owner personally, she was classy, honest, and kept her word---a rare find in these days. It was an honor doing business with her and I hope we have an opportunity to meet in the future.

Charming, Immaculate, Home Sweet Home!!

Our 2 week stay in The Villages at our McColl Court Villa was the most wonderful, delightful, restful and relaxing experience after our New York winter and life at the office!! We were welcomed so graciously by its owner and the second we met her and walked into this Villa we knew we had found a GEM. The Villa was beautiful... the inside and grounds were immaculate and so tastefully decorated containing every amenity imaginable right down to a welcome wine and pastry basket to greet us upon our arrival. Nothing was lacking! We felt so comfortable and blessed to have found this property and have recommended it to our friends back home. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect vacation spot

What a great place to vacation. We were at Helena and Frank's rental home from January through March 2013 and could not have been happier with the place. It has everything you could possibly need, the most comfortable bed we have slept in, and a beautiful private courtyard location. We loved the openness of the design which give us the most spacious living area of any place we have rented in The Villages. We are so pleased to be coming back next year. We particularly enjoyed the lanai and back yard for a choice of being in or out of the sun. The welcoming basket of breakfast foods and other amenities were a very special touch from our hosts so we could fully enjoy ourselves from the very start of our vacation. Helena introduced Lu to friends who share her quilting interests, and we were busier than we had expected with lots of Tennis, swimming, craft fairs, sewing and quilting groups. People in The Villages are so welcoming and friendly. Lots of places to go out to eat if you don't feel like cooking, but the kitchen is so well appointed that eating in and entertaining at the Villa is fun as well. The golf cart was a great way to get around and enjoy all three Village Centers. You can't go wrong with this rental. The owners are great folks who respect their guests privacy while attending to any needs. We look forward to seeing them next winter.

We had another wonderful stay in "The Villages" and were so fortunate to get it again. We just could not have stayed in a nicer place. We have stayed in some nice places in our travels but this one tops them all. The villa gave us a welcomed feeling and made us feel at home. The lovely linens and extra things setting around gave it such a personal touch. The new landscaping is beautiful and goes with the lovely decor inside. There is everything one would need or want.

The landlords are very special people and made sure we had everything we needed. They made us feel like family.

Mallory Square is our favorite village and we would like to own there some day.

You will not be disappointed in renting this lovely villa

Paradise in The Villages

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful home for the entire month of October 2012. From our first contact with Helena months before we arrived all the way up until to our departure, she was absolutely fantastic. Upon arrival at 10PM after a long flight from Germany, she met us at the door and were we really surprised to find a wonderful breakfast basket with everything we needed the next morning. As far as her home is concerned, if you are lucky enough to be reading this and are looking for a home in The Villages---LOOK NO MORE. We have stayed at vacation rentals all over the world and have never had anything better. This home has everything a vacationer could imagine. And not the normal plastic china & junk you normally find, but all the super nice things you would have in your own home. The house was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, nice furniture, good mattresses, super linen and towels and a great back yard. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and only a short golf cart drive to Lake Sumpter Town Square and shopping. And while we were there, Helena called us a number of times to check if we needed anything and was at our fingertips fullfilling our every wish. So the bottom line is this home exceeded our wildest imagination and we have already tentatively booked for next year. Book this beautiful home if you can-----you won't be disappointed
