Property is located in the most recently built lake front townhomes at Izaty's resort. Sleeps up to 12. 3 Bedrooms- 1 king/queen with set of bunk beds in each of 2 upper floor bedrooms, queen in the 3rd main floor bedroom, sleeper sofa in great room. Townhome is custom decorated with tongue and groove pine to give upnorth wooded cabin feel. Stone natural wood fireplace is the focal point of large great room which includes a living room, dining room and bar counter linked to kitchen. Full kitchen amenities with charcoal grill & fire pit for socializing and roasting marshmellows. Stay in touch with the outside world with cable and wifi broadband. Enjoy wide view of Mille Lacs lake and stunning sunsets. Walkout patio doors to large patio, lawn and lake 50 feet beyond.

Great time had by all

My family of 8 adults spent a three-day weekend celebrating a 70th birthday. We found this townhome to be exactly as described. It was clean and bright, ready to receive us. The owner was very helpful in answering all my questions promptly through Email. I would certainly recommend this place to friends or other family. We loved the spacious layout and the expansive view of Lake Mille Lacs. We did all our own cooking and had all we needed to do that. We enjoyed time outdoors around the fire pit and lots of time indoors playing games. This townhome suited us very well, and we all agreed we'd enjoy coming again.

Exactly what we were looking for!

My husband and I have two kids under five and were in need of a quick getaway, and this townhome fit the bill perfectly. It was a very easy drive from the Twin Cities, close but not too close! We were specifically looking for a wood-burning fireplace and free wifi and it had both. There was plenty of room, nice decor...we really couldn't have been happier with our stay. There were ample linens and household equipment (like pots and pans, can openers...etc..) available and nice touches like popcorn, k-cups, and smores supplies left for us. We are already planning a summer stay, we couldn't take advantage of it in mid-March but this home is so close to the water that the kids will love it and I can only imagine how wonderful the views will be. My only recommendation would probably be to cover the wood as it was pretty damp, and perhaps have some smaller pieces in with the larger ones. We ended up having to buy some wood to create a good fire that could handle the big logs on hand. All in all, would definitely recommend.

My friends and I had a great weekend at this condo. Everything we could have needed was provided and the place was awesome. The owner left us supplies to make s'mores and a bottle of wine, which was an awesome touch. The beds were comfortable and the weekend was an enjoyable one. I would recommend this condo to any group, and we plan to stay here again.

Fabulous Girls Weekend!

I stayed here with six girls for a weekend away from it all. We had a wonderful time and were impressed with the accommodations. Having stayed at VRBOs before, I was especially impressed with the provisions, including ample towels, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, spices, etc., and the cleanliness of this townhome. We had plenty of space for everything without feeling cramped. I'd definitely stay here again and am hoping to do just that with my family at some point! Many thanks for the fabulous accommodations!
