This residence is in walking distance to CBS Studios, the Los Angeles Farmer's Market and The Grove Mall (home to NBC's “Extra!”).

Warm wood floors, crown molding, lots of windows with contemporary roman shades, and picture windows with floor to ceiling silk curtains, accent every room of this home. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, down duvet, a walk-in closet and a large flat-screen television.

The second bedroom includes two twin beds, also with down duvets, a writing desk and a closet with built-in shelves. The bathroom has recently been remodeled.

This apartment is perfect for entertaining! The large living room has contemporary furnishings including textured linen couches and chairs, a large flat-screen television with surround sound and a complete bar with granite countertops, bar stools, sink, wine cooler and plenty of stemware. The living room is lit beautifully in the evening with sconces and ceiling pocket lights; and during the day with an impressive arched picture window looking out to the tree lined street.

The separate dining room is adjacent to the living room and fully visible through the large archway. A large rectangular wood dining table seats six comfortably in high back ultra suede dining chairs. Off the dining room is the kitchen, with granite countertops, cream painted wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove/oven, built in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and countertop blender, toaster and coffee maker.

The second door off the kitchen leads to the hallway with the bathroom, bedrooms and the laundry room. The laundry room has a stacked washer/dryer. A door off the laundry room takes you down to a grassy, landscaped backyard, with seating and fire pit. One car parking space is available for your use next door at 335 No. Orange Grove, #4.

Many of LA's trendiest designer shops, bars, and cafes line Beverly Boulevard, 3rd Street and Melrose and are in walking distance or a short drive away. Nearby restaurants and clubs made famous by their celebrity chef's/owners include Suzanne Goin's Lucques, Mario Batali's Pizzeria Mozza and Rande Gerber's Stone Rose Lounge at the Hotel Sofitel, just to name a few.

We liked the roomyness and facilites its a nice house <br/>,but the front-door is poorly secured : only one lock : it could use a deadbolt or more locks?<br/><br/>The apartment needs some TLC maintenance wise; with loose wires everywhere (also the shower which leaks from the ceiling); its quite well lived in, but its clean.<br/><br/>So 7.5 out of ten from us .

Our very first impresión when we arrived was of a poorly cleaned and poorly mantained property. We had to buy cleaning supplies and do the cleaning ourselves since the staff of AE didn't resolve the issue promptly. After that we had a great vacation since the property is very well located near the Grove and many other attractions.

Location was good and the apartment was spacious. Parking was okay into lot at the back. The kitchen was well equipped. The internet however did not work and despite four emails and 2 calls no one rectified the problem for 4 days. The kitchen sink was blocked and it took 3 days for someone to come over and yet iit was not fixed properly. It was not possible to lock the back door from outside and the apartment was generally dirty and smelled.

substandard overpriced property

I can say that our experience at this place was horrible. The staff never show up either at check in or check out. It was hard to talk with "meet & great team". Telephone batteries drained and no longer charge. The property is old and not well maintained, plenty of stains and malfunctioning cabinets, drawers, etc. Internet doesn't work for the first day. It was dirty, have cockroachs, kitchen sink drain doesn't work, food flooded on the sink. After the first night we asked for a refund to move to other place but manager said the property is fine and many people liked, he offer $140 refund that we accepted. Stay away from this company, you better stay at 2 star hotel, probably cheaper and better. There are some other issues but not enough space here to describe...

Perfect location for me as family lives close-by. Beds attractively outfitted & cozy & comfortable. However, bathroom was most definitely NOT up to the rest of the apartment. Tub looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time & probably needs to be re-procelined. Bathroom ceiling light missing its cover. Bathroom in general has sloppy finishes although shower is fine. Kitchen very clean & spotless. Some spots on living room furniture making it unappealing. I would recommend this based on location as it's so handy, but not if the bathroom issue would bother someone. Certainly not if you want a bath as opposed to a shower!

Actually, I am from more densely populated place from Korea. But still I felt packed during my stay in Orange Grove. I am very grateful that you have a garage. The location was best. I can access Century City and the downtown in 20 minutes even for rush hours. I could go Korean Town in 15 minutes. <br/><br/>But your facility need better management, for example shower. It was too weak. You need to write up more detail about the garage, it was confusing to me. There were two garages with the same number.
