The bedroom has a queen-size cast iron bed among its tasteful mix of antique furnishings, and boasts a recently updated bath. The full-size sleeper sofa, cable TV, and wireless Internet in the living room make it a comfortable place to curl up for some down time. Outside, follow the Old Savannah Brick pavers out back to the large shared courtyard and you’ll feel easily at home amidst the plush landscaping and charming masonry detailing that abound. Settle into your favorite spot to sip your morning coffee, or put the large grill to good use and stoke up some barbeque.
One private off-street parking spot and the convenient location in the center of our Historic District mean you can come and go as often as you like. Stroll over to Forsyth Park or keep going to Broughton Street for a varied selection of shops and restaurants. Enjoy lunch with the locals at the renowned Mrs. Wilkes Restaurant. With lines out the door, this local treasure was recently visited by President Obama, and features communal dining tables and a new menu daily.

Great garden apartment on a beautiful residential square with free parking. Only a short walk to Mrs Wilkes' for the best home style cooked lunch in Savannah. Chatham Square is a quiet square perfect to sit on a park bench while drinking your morning cup of coffee or tea.
