Violet @ Stellaruby - Location, Location, Location...

The property was very clean. It was a bit inconvenient doing dishes using water from the bathroom and dishpans...perhaps a portable dishwasher and sink could be added.

My husband and I stayed in Violetsky for 2 nights in Moab during our trip to the great southwest. Everything there was just as described. The property was well maintained and it was furnished very well with a very comfortable colorful sectional in the living room with a flatscreen tv, with wireless Internet and Direct TV and the bed was also very comfy. The owner also provided us with fresh coffee beans and a grinder and coffeemaker along with a delicious treat of homemade lemon cake that we had for breakfast. I didn't remember reading that a laundry room was provided, so that was a big plus as we were already 5 days into our vacation and thought we would have to go to a laundromat. The laundry room was huge and had a big folding table for added convenience. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was the absence of the kitchen sink for washing dishes, but I would definitely recommend Violetsky to anyone staying in Moab. We had a wonderful, comfy stay with everything but the kitchen sink:)

My husband and I stayed in Violetsky on our first night at Stellaruby because Scarlet Sun wasn't available for the full time during our visit. The cottage was very clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable, the bath was an unexpected treat, and the couch was almost too comfy! When we arrived one of the owners was on the property working in the beautiful garden and he helped us get settled as well as gave us a great overview of all the wonderful things to do in Moab. We visited during the last week in August and despite our concerns that it might be too hot, we found relaxing in the hamock under the mulberry tree to be quiet enjoyable on many afternoons following our adventures. We unfortunately did not get a chance to enjoy the hot tub though primarily because we kept falling alseep before we could get into the tub! I highly recommend any of the cottages at Stellaruby.
