Great place with some inconveniences

Overall, the house is very clean, very nice, and stylish. The back yard is a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the lovely weather. The kitchen is well equipped and, again, stylish. The place only sleeps four if you have two per bed (which are quite nice beds).
The biggest hassle was that there were NO closets. Really bad move on the owners part to lock all of the closets for storing his stuff. Minimally he should consolidate and leave one closet open. I was there for three nights and became very frustrated that I had no place for my clothes. If my wife had been along, she would have been very aggravated. Also, only one towel per bathroom is insufficient, and it would have been nice to have a couple of extra pillows and a spare blanket. These are all things easily fixable to make this a stellar place.
The neighborhood has no (nice) restaurants or stores in walking distance, but it is only a few minutes from downtown.
Overall, I'd stay there again if I got a closet, more towels, and extra bedding. (And a slightly lower rate, as I paid the peak rate). The place is very well renovated and a solid 4 stars.
Owner's Response: Thank you for the feedback! It was our first time to rent the house - we have since adjusted and added more towels, pillows and closet space for future guests.
