This spacious apartment is located in a beautifully decorated, redesigned, mid-century home with a stunning panoramic view of the city skyline. We are perfect for busy traveling executives or long term corporate housing. Are you grandparents coming to visit your new grandchild? We’d love to have you! We can comfortably host two adults and a small child / infant.
The house is fully furnished with modern, furniture and appliances. There high-speed wireless internet, premium cable, central heating, surround sound downstairs and on the outside All utilities are included in this rental fee.
The apartment is the bottom two floors of a five level home which is nestled high on a hill above Noe Valley. When you arrive, you’ll enter the Master Suite on the top level of the apartment and you'll instantly be awed by the view outside the floor to ceiling windows. Just off the bedroom is the luxurious master bath with a massive walk-in closet. Curl up and read one of our many books in the small seating area or catch the morning sun out on the balcony. The high-end bedside alarm is USB / iPod compatible. The cloud-like bed will send you off to a deep sleep when the day is over.
Downstairs is the open living area and kitchen a’la an enviable Man Cave. This floor contains a half bathroom, 56” flat screen TV, couch, bar, dartboard, glass door out onto the large deck. With the deck comes another jaw dropping view, beautifully landscaped garden, ambient nighttime lighting, dining table & chairs and a gas BBQ grill.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. Visit one of the city's local farmer's markets or stroll the Embarcadero on Saturday morning and bring home the very best ingredients. If you really want to spoil yourself, have dinner delivered - we've provided take out menus to the best restaurants that deliver right to your door.
When you stay with us, you'll find yourself nestled in between two of San Francisco's most vibrant neighborhoods - Glen Park and Noe Valley.
Need coffee to start your day? The neighborhood has numerous cozy coffee houses where you can plan your day while you wake up.
Feeling 'spirited'? Interspersed along 24th Street in Noe Valley are any number of bars where you can sample exotic beers or taste the best new vintage.
A car is useful, but public transportation is available two blocks away. Local amenities such as 24-hour Safeway, restaurants, bank, post office, coffee shop and parks with playgrounds, hiking trails and tennis courts are all available within walking distance.
Located just 10 - 15 minutes by car from downtown, you can quickly get to popular destinations such as Union Square, the Moscone Center, and the SF Giants' ballpark. Any part of the City is accessible within 20 minutes or less, including Golden Gate Park, Golden Gate Bridge, The Presidio, Chinatown and Fisherman's Wharf.
Just three minutes from the freeway (280), the house offers easy access to San Francisco Airport (15 mins), Oakland/Berkeley (30 mins), Stanford University and Silicon Valley (30-45 mins), Sausalito, Tiburon, and Mill Valley (30 mins); other popular destinations are also within driving distance, including wine country (Napa/Sonoma 1 hour), Carmel/Monterey (2 hours), Lake Tahoe (3 hours) and Yosemite National Park (4 hours).
Situated just blocks from Glen Park BART station, you can easily get to any place in The City or the Bay Area, where you can experience some of The City's most established restaurants and the newest, hippest haunts.
If you enjoy the arts you'll be happy to know that you’re just four BART stops from San Francisco's true city center. The Opera House is just five blocks away and hosts our world famous ballet and opera companies. Across the street from the Opera House is Davies Symphony Hall. Down one block you'll find Bill Graham Civic Center. Surrounding our gorgeous city hall building you'll find the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco and the San Francisco Performing Arts Library and Museum.

Miguel Street is close to the neighborhood of Glen Park and it's BART station which allows you freedom to travel all over the San Francisco Bay Area. Just down the hill is the incredibly quaint neighborhood of Noe Valley where you'll find boutiques, restaurants, coffee houses, flower shops and an upscale, organic grocery store. A Farmer's Market is held every Saturday and depending on the weekend you can find live music, puppet shows or even a petting zoo.
