The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ?country? feel Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small children?s play area with swings and slides. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station. This house is an ideal family house which features 4 bedrooms, one of which is ensuite and has an additional family bathroom. The lounge is spacious and has that "cool? feel due to the home having ceramic tiles. The sitting area has a TV with DVD player for additional entertainment. The kitchen is large and extensive with all modern features such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. There is a separate dining area and a separate laundry area also. The home is fully air conditioned throughout. Outside you will find your own pool with furnished deck, some of which is partly covered for some much needed shade. The pool is inviting after a busy day touring the parks and can be heated. You may prefer to just sunbathe on one of the sun loungers.
