The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.

As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feel
Within the community there are 3 swimming pools,there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides.

Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.

This nice 4 bedroom home has plenty of space if you have more than one family staying as there are 2 master bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom.

The lounge is spacious and is situated around the main TV and in turns leads on to the open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped with all modern appliances such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. The house also features a dining area and a laundry area, and for your comfort the home is fully air conditioned.

Outside, you will find your own pool and sunny deck which comes fully furnished with patio furniture. The pool offers an inviting welcome after a long day sightseeing, whilst you may prefer to soak up the sun on one of the sun loungers. This home has it all to make your holiday complete
