Brigitte magazine number 15 also recommended our holiday apartments. Our apartment house is in a unique location with panoramic views (about 250 m above sea level) and has a picturesque location on a vineyard (wine from Opa from own production). Here you will have a wonderful view of Vesuc, Capri, Sorrent, etc. The location is central despite the elevation. From here, all tourist excursion destinations like beaches and thermal gardens can be reached in a short amount of time. The closes bus stop is located 80 m away. For those who like to hike, they can also go on long ecological hikes. The apartments have different sizes and structures - but with the same equipment. Through the structure of the house, we are able to offer optimal accommodations for larger groups (for example multiple families or friends). Welcome to 'our paradise'!

Our apartment house offers two apartments of different sizes and structure, while the equipment remains the same: telephone, satellite TV, washing machine, radio, German coffee machine and a lot more. Each apartment has its own patio with garden furniture and sun protection. Furthermore, there is a large panorama patio with a stunning view. Thanks to the structure of the house, we are able to offer optimal accommodations for larger groups (for example, multiple families). Due to the sunny location on a slope, we produce wonderful wine and fruit and seasonal vegetables.

The city of Barano is located on the south side of the island of Ischia and is a typical rural city. It is up in the hills on the southern side of the island. In Buonopane (district in Barano), the famous Nitrodi springs are located about 1 km away from our apartments - these were highly regarded during the Roman period for their healing power for skin and mucus problems. The famous Maronti beach with its springs (Olmitello) and 'Cavascura' belong to the city of Barano.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Children up to 6 years of age pay € 10.00. Children up to and including 15 years of age pay € 15.00. For each extra person € 20.00. Our prices include costs for electricity, water and gas. For a transfer from the harbor Ischia Porto, we bill € 25.00, for two people, 2-4 people € 10.00 per person. Not included in the price are possible heating costs (invoice according to consumption) during the period of time from September 1st to May 31st and telephone fees (invoice according to local units).
  • The daily price for a Fiat Seicento for 2 people is € 25.00 or € 30.00 for 2-4 people during the peak season (July 1st to August 31st). For towels, bed sheets and the obligatory final cleaning we charge: for 2 people € 38, for each extra person € 5. Ask for our special price for stays of more than 3 weeks and the rental of a car for the entire holiday and stays of one or more 'winter months (outside of the months of July and August).
  • The reservation is valid after the receipt of 30 % of the total amount.
