My unit is a studio on the 20th floor with one bath and a lanai

Enjoy my clean, freshly decorated studio. It is just a few short blocks from the beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen. It includes all linens. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and it has air conditioning. Your rental includes free covered secure parking, free cable, internet and 24/7 on site security. It has a pool, lounging area and a spa. It has spectacular views of the mountains and ocean. It is close to the bus lines. You can easily walk to the grocery store down the street, restaurants, and night life.

From your balcony you can see Diamond Head, the Ala Wai golf course and the mountains, and south you see the ocean. A roof top pool area affords a sweeping view over Waikiki, the mountains, Diamond Head and Pacific Ocean.

Waikiki Beach, home to spectacular sunny weather, great surfing, some of the world’s best beaches.. Enjoy the entertainment, shops and restaurants of Waikiki, then relax by the on-site outdoor pool.

I liked this property for its location. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. You can take a bus just around anywhere on the island.

What makes this studio unique

This unit has lovely views of the ocean, Diamond head and the mountains. It is lovely sitting on the lanai for a snack or breakfast. The roof has bbq grills and a wonderful pool. It is also close enough to walk to the ocean.

Notes: There are BBQ grills on the roof top pool level and tables for having a picnic. There are comfortable chairs on the lanai. I supply all the linen. I do supply two rolls of toilet paper. There is a security guard in the lobby area 24/7.

Great Waikiki condo

We stayed 6 weeks in this great condo. It is just as the pictures show. It's the perfect size for 2 people. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need for cooking. There isn't an oven, but there is a toaster oven that works great. The washer and dryer are a plus. From the balcony you have a great view of the golf course, and the ocean in the distance. Waikiki Beach is a quick 5 minute walk. The Food Pantry grocery store is at the end of the block. They have everything you could need, including an excellent meat dept. Restaurants, and attractions are all within walking distance. The building and grounds are immaculate. The staff are very friendly also.
Elaine was a pleasure to work with. We look forward to returning next year.

Home away from home in Hawaii

I loved staying here! The property had all the amenities you could want from home... From beach needs to kitchen needs to thing we wouldn't have thought of but found very useful. The view was great, the breeze from the balcony was delicious, and the shower pressure was refreshing. I know this review sounds over the top...but I really enjoyed this rental and was spoiled by it's high quality feel and low price deal!!
We loved that it was walking distance to many nice restaurants and shopping! It also had a reserved parking spot in a private and secure parking garage which was great for our rental car. Our daily routine became waking up to the beautiful view, make kona coffee in the provided coffee pot, heat pastries in the provided toaster oven, sit on the balcony for breakfast, pack the provided cooler with deli delights, grab the provided beach chairs and provided beach towels, and drive the coast....stopping at whatever beach grabbed our fancy! It was an inexpensive way to enjoy Hawaii but who said inexpensive couldn't be luxurious as well!

Nice & clean condo with great price, security and free parking and views of mountain and ocean... better than staying at a hotel.

Love the convenience of having washer/dryer, well-equipped kitchen in unit. Beach chair, umbrella, mat, cooler available for use at the beach.

Close to beach, shops, restaurants, stores, transportation.

Quick refund of deposit.

Wonderful studio at a great price!

My wife and I stayed in this very well kept studio for a week in July. Everything was as described, with great amenities including the beach chairs and boogie boards! The owner (Elaine) was prompt and courteous, answering all questions and handling transactions professionally.

Forget overpaying for lodging in Waikiki, look no further than this rental. We will be recommending this rental to our friends and family, and will most certainly look to stay here again in the future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Paradise!

Words cannot express how lovely and comfortable we found this condo. The views both ocean and mountain are spectacular. The apartment was sparkling clean and well appointed. Everything one needs and more are included in the kitchen. The location is fantastic and just a few blocks away from the beach, fine shopping and dining. The pool which is located on the roof was well maintained, and has a 360 view of Waikiki and Honolulu that is outstanding. In addition, the building itself is immaculate with wonderful security and an attentive staff. There is parking available within the building which is secure and near the elevator.

There is a small market for groceries and other necessities right down the street. Across the canal within walking distance was a golf course and we were also able to walk to the Saturday Farmer's Market as well as the Zoo.

I HIGHLY recommend this apartment for rental for either a week or extended stay in the Waikiki area.

I commend the owner for maintaining such a wonderful place that really made our stay in Hawaii perfect! Mahalo!
