Welcome to the Cottages at Sierra Verde in the city of Surprise! Located in a very Quiet and Family-Friendly neighborhood, this three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom home is fully furnished and ready for you to simply Relax and Enjoy your vacation. The master bedroom has a King Bed, private bathroom with double sinks and 32” flat screen television. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed, and the third bedroom has twin bunk beds and an office space with desk and computer. All mattresses are of high quality and are very comfortable. Each bedroom has a large walk-in closet for all of your clothes. A laundry room with washer and dryer is located upstairs. Downstairs is a living room with 42” flat screen television and two leather love seats. The kitchen has Granite Countertops, all new Stainless Steel Appliances and a full set of cookware to enjoy cooking at home. The dining area is located just off of the kitchen and has sliding doors to the outside area where you can barbeque for dinner. A patio in front offers a place to enjoy your morning coffee and ease into the day. Utilities, linens and other amenities are included. The home has cable television, wifi and computer with printer.

Activities near the home are numerous. A Community Pool, Hot Tub and Playgrounds are a short walk away. You are just minutes from the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers Major League Baseball spring training and under 10 miles from the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres spring training. An aquatic center and tennis complex are a short distance away. The area around Surprise has many golf courses and plenty of hiking opportunities. A beautiful Fitness Center (offering weekly memberships) is within two miles. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and you are close to a movie theater and shopping centers.

This home is perfect for Baseball Lovers, Golfers, Families on Vacation or simply for those who want to Get Away. For more information or additional photos, please send an email inquiry.

About The Owner

We have been vacationing in Surprise for the past several years and loved the area so much that we bought a home to use for ourselves and share with others. We are from the Pacific Northwest and love to escape the cold and rain into the warm and dry weather. This has become our home away from home...and we hope that you will feel the same.

Why The Owner chose Surprise

Surprise has a lot to offer in terms of activities and is a great location for a fall, winter or spring getaway. Baseball spring training is very close by, as are golf courses, hiking and other adventures.

What makes this house unique

The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood. It has a lovely community pool. Perfect size home for a family.

Good location for Spring Training. Close to many good restaurants. Everything looked new and clean. Large lawn area just outside front door for our grandchildren. We could see them from the window. The pool was WARM and so enjoyable. We felt the house offered everything we could have hoped for our vacation in Surprise. The Cub's new training facility will be open next year and we still plan to return to Surprise and this house. The owner of the property was incredible. Everything was explained fully to maximize our vacation.

The house was perfect for our spring training trip and was within 3 minutes of the Rangers/Royals and less than an hour from all the stadiums.The house was was well maintained and everything was accurately described in the listing.

Lovely comfortable getaway!

I spent 3 days at this lovely Property. I was there with my 4 daughters and the accommodation was terrific. The place is clean, extremely well kept. The kitchen had everything needed to make it easy to cook in. The art on the walls also makes it feel like home, but not cluttered. Each bedroom was decorated tastefully. After a day of shopping and sightseeing, we were able to come back and grill outside. Many people may prefer not to go to Arizona in June, but we had a great time and the air conditioning worked well and we were even able to enjoy sitting out side in early morning and evening. I would highly recommend this and look forward to returning!

We had a wonderful time in this vacation house while visiting family. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. I loved the kitchen, it was well stocked with equipment for a foodie like me! The beds were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, truly! It was like a pillow for my whole body :) The house was wonderfully decorated, but neat and minimal, which made it feel like our home, not someone else's. Everything was well organized and easy to access. Thanks for a great summer vacation! We very much look forward to our next visit!

Comfortable home, good location

We are VRBO (#295590) owners ourselves and this was our first "renting" experience with another VRBO property. The owner was friendly, responsive and very organized. We never had to guess about what, where, when or how. The location is convenient to the greater Phoenix area and we enjoyed many sites and events. The house is well appointed. The only suggestion we have is that the kitchen could be a bit better stocked with items such as a blender and pancake griddle for the stove top. We were there almost a month so perhaps our expectations were different than a shorter stay. The outdoor grill, patio furniture were great. The swimming pool is convenient and wonderful when the temps got into the 100's!
