This professionally decorated Villa is situated in the quiet gated community of Cedar Hammock Golf and Country Club. The community boasts a 22000 sq.ft. Luxury Club house, a Lewis/Azinger designed Par 72 Championship golf course, practice area, putting green, three community pools, 4 Har-Tru tennis courts, and a Health and Fitness center. The Villa itself overlooks the 10th green, a lake, and a preserve. In addition, the Villa has an extended lanai, with a heated pool and hot tub, and a two car garage.

Cedar Hammock Golf & Country Club is located off Davis Boulevard in Naples. It is approximately two miles from I75 (J101), from which Ft Myers is just 20 mins and Miami is 1.5 hours. The community has 2 gates, one onto Collier Boulevard (951) for easy access to Marco Island, and the other onto Davis where downtown Naples and the beach are only 15 minutes away. There is a Publix supermarket and a Walmart within a couple of miles. The clubhouse offers both casual fare and fine dining, and given Cedar Hammock's centralized location, many other quality restaurants are located close by.

Golf: This club features an 18 hole golf course, driving range and putting green. The pro shop has clothing and other golfing

supplies to meet your needs.
