The apartments are situated on a 4 and 3 floor with (elevator). It's composed of 2 studios in duplex which are not connected but close enough to easily communicate.
Each studio has its own phone line which allow calls between them.
The building is on the enchanting little square of Bourg Tibourg with its restaurants, coffee shops with terraces where people like to spend time talking, eating or enjoying the sunshine. There is a great selection of bakeries, cheese markets, wine and all kinds of food markets in the best French tradition nearby and even a farmer’s market will be at your door step twice a week.
Very conveniently located, near all transportation, but mostly you will not need them since more of Paris attractions are in a walking distance. Only a few steps to the Seine River and Notre Dame Cathedral.
Building is protected with access code and intercom and the area is very safe.
The apartment is 48 sq. meters (24 + 24) duplex on the 3 and 4 floor. Both levels are connected by an easy flight of stairs outside the apartment (inside the building). Because of this, it's not suitable for family with young children.
Each studio is provided with full kitchen, small but very efficient and practical, with a stove, regular oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc. Washer/Dryer. Dining table for 4 persons. Ceiling fan. Bathroom with combination bathtub and shower, WC, sink.
The beds are very comfortable. Each level has a double Murphy bed and a couch. On the 3 floor the single bed (a day bed) can be made into two single beds.In this case, you will not be able to use the Murphy. Or you can use the Murphy and one single bed.
Closets with floor to ceiling mirrors. Cable TV, CD player, DVD, radio, free Internet DSL and wireless, free phone calls to most countries and even free cell phone calls to USA and Canada.
There are two big double paneled windows in each floor looking over the small street of “Mauvais Garcons”. The apartment is quiet for the center of Paris and very bright.
Plenty of supermarkets nearby, all your shopping needs in the area. One of the most famous department stores in Paris BHV is next block.

We've just returned from a stay in these apartments. We were in Paris to celebrate my parents 45th wedding anniversary and the setup of having 2 separate apartments so close together was ideal. The apartments were well stocked with plenty of towels, linens, cookware, etc. They also had basics like salt, pepper, spices, and tea. Plenty of soap, paper towels, toilet paper too. This gave us time to get settled before setting off for the grocery store. There is an elevator, although we rarely used it.
The location is basically right next to the metro and the batobus stop. The metro is very easy to use. You can also walk to many places. On the first day we walked all the way to the Eiffel tower and back. It's a long walk, but it was a beautiful day and we were trying to sty awake to deal with jet lag. The apartment building is in a little square with lots of bistros, bakeries, etc just below the apartments. The square was pretty lively at night on the weekend, but quiet the rest of our stay. We found the restaurant below the apartment, Les Mauvais Garcons, to be particularly good for a nice dinner. There are several grocery stores within walking distance and great falafel and asian restaurants nearby.
The owner and the local representatives were very easy to work with and responded very quickly to any questions. The security deposit was returned quickly after checking out. Overall, a great stay and we would stay here again if we return to Paris.
My group and I had a wonderful 5 day vacation staying in these apartments. The arrangement was perfect for two couples - we felt like we were together but also had our privacy (very difficult to find in a city with next to no 2-bedroom apartments). We were able to communicate with the in-house phones or pop upstairs/downstaires. Walking distance to everything Paris has to offer (and we did it all!). The only time we used the metro was to go to Montmatre. Communication with the property managers was very smooth considering the amount of back-and-forth required to plan and get our questions answered. The apartments themselves were exactly what we needed. Small but enough room for a couple! We even had a friend stay over one night with no problem. Overall a great experience for a great price. I will never stay at a hotel in Paris again. This is the real Paris experience. One warning: avoid eating at the restaurants directly in the square, they are overpriced and a bit touristy. I would wander into the Marais neighbourhood a bit more where there are a lot of lovely cafes.
My friend and I stayed at the rue de Bourg recently and could not have been happier. The booking process was simple and efficient - Blayne answered all my queries quickly and clearly. The apartment is located close to the Louvre, Pompidou, Notre Dame. It is very clean and neat - with all the amenities. It was my first visit to Paris and was a definite 'value add' to the whole experience.
My group of five had a great stay at this apartment in Paris. It was exactly as described and included everything we needed to be comfortable. The location is perfect for walking to the major sites. The bus stop was convenient and a taxi stand is just a little way down the street. Communication with everyone involved was great and the damage deposit was refunded very promptly. I would definitely stay here again!
The apartment is really cute, the point is that is located just next to Paris city hall so there is only a bridge over the Sena between the apartment and Notre Dame, Conciergerie, Sainte Chapelle and 15 minutes walking to Louvre Museum!!
What I liked more was that we have two independent flats, we were four people in Paris and each pair had its own room, bathroom & kitchen so we finished taking dinner in one or another flat each day.
It was great because as we had a kitchen we could take breakfast & dinner at home so the money we spent in restaurants wasn’t too much; and believe me, just in front of the apartment there is a bakery with wonderful chocolate croissants…
It was really hot when we were in Paris (August) and the city centre is a bit noisy so we had to sleep with the ceiling fan switched on the whole night, but it is very silent and it works really well.
The apartment was clean and furniture is very nice, the beds are really comfortable and each apartment has two huge windows, so they are very luminous and have great ventilation.
This apartment is absolutely nice and we spent wonderful days in Paris…
