On the banks of the River Brenta, Villa Ines is exquisite in its classic elegance. Just fifteen minutes outside of Venice, the villa is encompassed by a lovely park which extends for 12,000 square meters.
Sometimes called Serenissima or Dominante, Venice has been the capital of the Venetian Republic in North Eastern Italy for over one thousand years. Also called the 'Queen of the Adriatic', 'City of Water', 'The City of Light' and 'The city of Bridges', the Venice Lagoon was formed sometime around 800 B.C.
A must that every traveler should experience, Venice is fascinating, romantic, historical, cultural and artistic; Venice is considered one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
With over 7000 square feet (670 square meters) of living space, guests will luxuriate in this traditional river front estate. Two vast salons maintain the original look of this beautiful Venetian home, splendidly pulled together with massive marble fireplaces, crystal chandeliers, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and lovely views of the river and the gardens. Beautiful paintings, tasteful furniture, and acute attention to detail make every guest feel pampered. The screening room, studio and wine cellar are little added bonuses and the large kitchen, reminiscent of the old days of aristocracy, is warm and inviting. Nine spacious double bedrooms each boasts an en-suite bathroom, exquisite furnishings, and lovely traditional decor. There is one special suite with a mansard roof and a Jacuzzi tub. There are two additional guest bathrooms and separate staff quarters.
The terraces are made of rare Venetian terracotta and there is a lovely al fresco dining area with seating for eighteen. Expansive irrigated lawns invite guests to take a stroll in the gardens.
Minimum length of stay requirements and rates are not negotiable.
