This villa has been very tastefully and comfortable renovated. Built on the hillside this house offers a terrific panoramic view to the Montgo massif, the sierra and valley of Javea. From the roof terrace you also have a great view down to the bay of Javea. The garden is multileveled with very nice planting. The pool, barbecue, stone bench and outside shower are on one level, from there you can go up to the studio-bedroom with own bath and TV, in front of it is a small outdoor kitchen; another stairway leads you up to the balcony terrace and to the main flat. From the pool you walk up stairs to the roofed terrace at the house entrance and the sun terrace. This area can be closed on both sides with small iron gates, in order that small children cannot run to the pool on their own. The main flat is on one level. For winter guests: from End of October until February you can enjoy the sun starting at noon at the south terrace and the roofed entrance area.

From the quiet, green residential area Balcon al Mar you have easy access to the following beaches: two bays with wonderful view are Granadella, about 5,5 km und Ambolo in about 4 Min. distance by car; Cala Portitxol, approx. 4 km and Cala Blanca approx. 5 km, both rocky, Playa Arenal, sandy about 5,5 km, The picturesque, jagged Cap de la Nao with light house, look-out platform and restaurant is at about 900 metres distance. The golf course 'Club de Golf Javea' is only 8 km distant and easy to reach. There are several tennis courts in Javea; in 1 km perimeter you find about 9 restaurants, only about 350 metres distant is a building with bakery, small supermarket, newspapers, hair dresser, bank machine and physiotherapy. A supermarket is at approx 500 m. distance. At Playa Arenal and all the way to the city centre there are several large supermarkets. The centre of Javea with the harbour and the Old Town are at 6 km distance.
