Located on a quiet street in North Pacific Beach, just 1 block to the beach, this newly remodeled spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath home has it all for a beach holiday your family will remember! We have a large new kitchen, cable TV's in each room with a large flat screen TV in the living room. Clean gas fireplace, an indoor hot tub room, one car garage and large yard with BBQ and outdoor seating for everyone. Our backyard area is plenty big for the whole family to enjoy! We offer a grill and outdoor seating for 8, so come dine under the sun and maybe even enjoy a drink at night under the stars. Our front porch patio is great for enjoying a cup of coffee or tea in the morning, reading the paper or magazine, or just relaxing with the ocean view and California sun.
We have all the beach gear you'll need, like boogie boards, chairs, coolers, towels, and even beachvtoys for the kiddies! Plus a cute red wagon to wheel your toys to the beach! All of our beach gear is kept in the garage, so help yourself to what you want to take with you to the beach!
For sleeping arrangements, we have 4 huge bedrooms, with a king size bed in each room, except for one bedroom that has 2 twin beds, perfect for kids. We can sleep up to 8 adults comfortably. Our home is perfect for any size family or 2 families coming together, or 3 couples that are looking for a great beach getaway!
We provide all the linens for you to use while you vacation with us. Extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels are all in the linen closet for you when you arrive. We also have a washer and dryer so if you need to do any laundry you can help yourself. We also provide the detergent.
Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer.
Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home and you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants.
There is no shortage of “things to do” In PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. You won’t be disappointed when you stay at our beach home!
