Our one bedroom beachfront, ocean view condominium,Kauhale Makai (Village by the Sea) #430, is on the fourth floor facing the ocean. The entire suite has panoramic Maui ocean and sunset views. The lanai extends from the living room to the bedroom with two large sliding doors opening to unobstructed ocean views.
The condominium was remodeled in December 2010 with tile flooring throughout and granite counters. It has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The living room includes a 32” flat screen TV and DVD. The bedroom includes a flat screen TV and DVD. We include free wireless internet as well as free long distance to the continental US and Canada. Our unit will sleep two. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living room has a queen sofa bed.

Complex Features: Kauhale Makai is central to all activities on Maui. It is close to dining, shopping, golf, and all activities. All beaches of South Maui are just minutes away yet our complex is in a quiet beach community close to North Kihei.The Maui ocean front complex offers central air conditioning, elevators and assigned parking as well as laundry on every floor. Kauhale Makai is a 169 unit ocean front complex consisting of two six floor building. Each building, Plumeria to the south and Anthurium to the north, includes an inter courtyard where you enter the units. The area between the two buildings includes a putting green, gas grills, a pool area with hot tub and manicured gardens. The beach front complex also offers a sauna. The office is fully staffed and can help you with any questions you may have and includes an activity desk to handle your entertainment or activity plans.
Park Features: The Maui ocean front property borders Waipuilani County Park comprising six tennis courts, two shuffleboard courts, volleyball, and the coral Waipuilani Beach. Equipment is available in the office. The beach is perfect for morning jogs or long walks. Calm ocean mornings are active with kayaking and canoe club activities. The trade winds in afternoon result in lively wind surfers and kite surfers.
