The property listed #374597 is privately owned by a married couple Jerry and Mei.

The owners take pride in their professional upkeeping of this lovely home which is centrally located in the heart of Kissimmee, and would like to share the use of this vacation home with you to cover the cost of carrying it.

Mei, in particular, enjoys servicing our guests to the best of her ability.

Christians by grace, we strive for a high standard of integrity and consistency in dealing with guests, cleaners, agents and the like. We do not keep any unearned money. Your deposits with us are safe. For your peace of mind, we recommend that our guests pay their refundable security deposit by credit card.

Mei is able to help them through her network of home owners and property managers most of the time.

Mei has developed a good rapport with several owners in the same resort and property managers for this and other resorts. If this unit is not available for your inquired days, and if you'd like he to, she goes out of her way to help you find a comparable place. That has proven to be highly appreciated by past guests as it eased their anxiety and saved them a lot of time.

Everything about the accommodation was brilliant, It was clean, plenty of room and lovely and quiet to come back to after a busy day at the parks. The booking process was so simple and any questions I had before we arrived were answered quickly.

There were plenty of restaurants in the area and supermarkets if you prefer to stay in an cook.

All the Disney and Universal parks were in easy driving distance.

I didn't even have to ask for my deposit back when we got back home, an email was sent to me telling when it would be sent.

I would definitely recommend this property and would stay again myself.

We enjoyed our stay last year so much we returned for two months this year. Our very gracious host Mei Han is wonderful to deal with and does everything in her power to please. This large spacious condo is just as pictured in the advertising and the whole unit has just been refreshed with new paint. Mei has just added a new Blue Ray DVD Player with WiFi which ,if you are a subscriber, you can use to watch movies on Netflix, Hula, etc. This gated community is quiet and peaceful and from the condo you look out on a woodland..very private.Of course the complex has a heated pool & hot tub spa, a fenced area with slide etc for the kids,plus the exercise room in the clubhouse.The condo is close to all kinds of shopping and Disney is maybe 5 min. away.You can walk to Sam,s Club,Wendys,Waffle House, Applebys etc.All the amenities, which are considerable are listed in the ad. We would just like to thank Mei for all that she does. She makes you feel special. God bless you Mei and your family.

Great vacation condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The owners made the booking very easy and addressed all our questions and concerns. The condo is clean and well furnished. It is in a great location close to parks, lakes, shopping and Disney. There is a club house with exercise equipment and a nice pool. We have stayed here before and plan on going back next year.

The condo is great and as shown. It is very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and Target. The condo is new & clean and the area is nice. Mei is very courteous and prompt in responses.

I definitely recommend this condo and we will stay there on our next visit to Orlando.

If you are considering a Florida Vacation for a few days or a few weeks you couldn't find a better place to stay than Mei Han's condo at Club Cortile in Kissimmee. It is close to everything you could possibly want....be it restaurants, shopping, entertainment, attractions etc.It's only maybe 5 miles to the Disney Parks..even closer to Target, Walmart,Marshalls,K-Mart and so many more plus you can walk to Sam's Club, Wendy's, Applebees, The Waffle House..well there is just too many to mention. The Club Cortile is a gated Community and very well maintained. Mei's place is larger than any other vacation condo we have ever seen. It is exactly as pictured in the listing, very clean and beautifully maintained. She is very approachable and accomodating and bends over backwards to make sure that your stay is the best that it can be. We highly recommend Mei's condo.
