Pond Mansao Maemba approximately 1. 500 m2, located in the spa of Meaipe (Guarapari), facing Lagoon Maemba (second largest in the state), overlooking the sea, `200 meters from the beach. The house has 7 suites (2 with air conditioning TV, DVD and fridge and 5 with ceiling fans) with balcony overlooking pond, a kitchenette behind the house, home theater room, covered area with barbecue, large garden, pool 100 m3 with wet bar, waterfall, jacuzzi (spa pool), discovery garage for 8 cars. The house 'and very well located, next to the best restaurants of the region (Gaeta and Curuca), the Disco and More of the best beaches (Bacutia, Piracanga, Father and Meaipe).

The house is very well located, facing the lagoon maemba, the second largest freshwater lake in the state, overlooking the sea, located in the spa of Meaipe, located 10 kilometers Guarapari. It is considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil, with clear water and full of islands and reefs. Pristine beaches, Meaípe is the most disputed piece of sea Guarapari. also near the best restaurants in town (and Gaeta Curuca) Nightclub and More.
