A 10-minute walk to the beach from the beautiful 3-bedroom home with your own private heated pool and spa.

Enjoy the privacy surrounding the heated in-ground pool and soothing Spa (the pool is closed and covered from October 30th through March 31). Retreat to the large master bedroom with luxurious king-size bed located on the second story. Your friends will be comfortable in the guest bedrooms which have one king size bed in the second bedroom and two twin size beds in the third bedroom. There is also a Queen size pull out couch in the great room and a second full bathroom for the second and third bedrooms on the first story. The living room, master bedroom and second bedroom have Flat Panel TV's and Blu Ray DVD players. There is a small library of popular novels in the dining room and a charcoal grill by the pool. There is something for everyone in this relaxing retreat.

There is ample seating for 8 in the large Great Room with soaring fifteen-foot ceilings and a fireplace that flows nicely into a comfortable dining area that seats six. The great room has 50-inch flat screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player for maximum entertainment. The home is nicely equipped with appliances including Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, and all the dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils that you will need to save on restaurant bills. The home is spotless and beautifully maintained with weekly pool and grounds maintenance. This is a gated community with 24 hour guard service. Palmetto Dunes has instituted a fee structure for gate passes as follows:

Passes are $10 per pass per week

- 1 week (3-7) = $10 per pass

- 2 weeks (8-14) = $20 per pass

- 3 weeks (15-21) = $30 per pass

- 4 weeks (22-28) = $30 per pass

Any rentals of 29 days or more are not charged for passes.

Single day guest for short term rentals are complimentary.

Gate pass fee will be collected upon arrival.

We have arrangements with Riding Tigers Bike Rentals to obtain discounted pricing on weekly bicycle rentals for our guests. They provide free delivery and pick up. Call them at 843-686-5833.

Great Place for our April Vacation!!!

We really enjoyed our week in Hilton Head staying in this house. The house had everything we needed: kitchen/grill were great for most our meals at home, bedrooms were comfortable, and the living room setup was great. The kids loved the pool. You can't beat the location, bike to tennis, walk to beach or golf.

The house was very nice and very clean. The owner was also very nice and wonderful to work with. The home held our 2 families with kids and there was plenty of space and nice size bathrooms. Lovely street with a cul de sac which it made it easy and safe for the kids to ride their bikes. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was perfect for our month in Hilton Head. The house had everthing we needed. It was well equipped , clean and well maintained. It is a very short walk to the beach.

Two weeks in Paradise

We spent 2 weeks in Hilton Head at this private home. Our party included 4 adults which the home suited perfectly. There is an upstairs master suite on the second floor and a second 2 bedroom suite on the first floor. The home was in very good condition upon our arrival. No issues were seen throughout our visit. The pool and spa were refreshing after a day on the golf course. This was our 3rd stay in Hilton Head with this being the best of the 3 properties we have rented. The beach is within walking distance as is the General Store. We are hoping to return next year.

Great first time visit to HHI

I am writing this review very late and the reason for that is I was looking at renting this home again. I saw the poor review listed and ken's response to it. I just wanted to put another positive review out there for future renters. This house is terrific. We found it clean and everything worked properly. If we did have a problem, Ken answered and fixed it quickly. We loved our stay here and as I said are thinking of coming back again. The location is great and the house it perfect for a family. I'm sorry my review is so late but life after vacation gets busy. THanks Ken for a terrific first trip to HHI. We're hoping to return next year!
