Main House - 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths ~ Guest Cottage - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath

Location, Location, Location. NOW BOOKING FOR 2013 - MAIN HOUSE & COTTAGE! This absolutely beautiful home sits on the beach in the lovely Matunuck area of South Kingstown. The main house boasts 2 Large bedrooms, with a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom and a smaller guest/child bedroom (Twin). A state-of-the-art kitchen with all new appliances is home to any chef! A cozy living room with a stone fireplace (electric) and spectacular views of the ocean is incredible! Even the deck and porch face the ocean for great ocean sunsets!

The beach is 50 feet away. Fantastic.

The guest cottage is just as fabulous but a smaller version of the main house. This completely remodeled cottage also sits on the beach. The cottage is a studio with one bath, a lovely kitchenette and a propane fireplace. A large patio is great for those beautiful summer nights. Perfect for a couple!

Cute house but very disappointed!!! It was filthy! Dog hair was everywhere and the bathroom was disgusting! I wore shoes the entire time. They actually wanted me to pay the cleaning fee when I spent the entire week cleaning!
