The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.

As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feel
Within the community there are 3 swimming pools,there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides.

Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.

This 4 bedroom house has one master bedroom with ensuite and an additional family bathroom.

The sitting area is comfortable and is nicely furnished situated around the family TV and the kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. There is a nice dining area and an additional laundry room. The house is fully air conditioned.

Outside you will find your lovely pool and deck affording good views of the golf course, making this the ideal spot for you and your family to enjoy the outdoor life. There is also plenty of space for sunbathing and for splashing about with the kids.
