Situated on a quiet street and nearby to lots of wonderful restaurants, wine bars and parks, this apartment offers a great space in which to begin and end each of your days in Berlin. Whether staying for a few days or for the whole month, the small berlin apartment allows for a worry-free hotel alternative which will have you feeling at home from the moment you walk in.

The apartment includes:

Location: A 2-minute tram ride and 13-minute walk from Alexanderplatz, the small berlin apartment is located in a beautiful turn-of-the-century building on Heinrich-Roller Strasse in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood. The gorgeous and huge Friedrichshain Park is around the corner and cobblestones, wine shops and cafes are scattered throughout every street. There are several organic food shops within a 5-minute walk and a friendly spanish-tapas and wine bar out the front door.

A quick tram ride brings you to all of the major museums on Berlin’s museum Island, countless art galleries and restaurants in Mitte, and dance clubs and cultural activities in Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. From Alexanderplatz, you can quickly and easily access Potsdamer Platz and the west of the city.

Clean, simple, just what I was looking for.

The apartment was a perfectly clean, well-maintained "home base" for me during my two week stay in Berlin. The nearby area felt reasonably quiet, and safe to walk around at night. I felt comfortable taking a 10 minute casual walk home from dinner nearby Eberswelder Strasse to walk my dinner off (most often from Restaurant Asteria.. I ate a lot there, and needed the walk :p). There is a tram stop nearby, allowing for easy access to the other stations.

The owner was very helpful, with quick response times to emails.

The apartment really is just what it says in its description. A cozy, clean and simple apartment, and that was just what I'd been looking for.

I stayed here for two weeks and it was absolutely great. Location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from Alexanderplatz and the S-bahn; couldn't be easier. Apartment itself is really cozy and clean, not too loud, and the perfect size for one or two people. Hosts are GREAT, very accommodating and helpful! Couldn't have picked a better place to spend my time in Berlin.

Clean, modern apartment in an awesome neighborhood

My boyfriend and I recently rented the apartment for three nights... but we loved Berlin and the Prenzlauer Berg area so much that we asked to stay an extra two nights. The apartment is 5 minutes from a beautiful park and from the subway... but it was much more fun and easy to bike or even walk everywhere. The city is very bike-friendly and there is a bike rental right next door for only 7 Euro per day.
The apartment has everything listed above and also some food to help you get started The supermarket was only two blocks away and was very affordable.
Prenzlauer Berg has countless cafes, bars, and restaurants. And it all starts just a block and a half away from the apartment.
I will definitely be returning to this apartment as soon as possible.

I stayed in this apartment for 2,5 months and it was in one word AMAZING! The apartment is brillantly located! Everything what you need is included in the apartment (kitchennet, Tv, Internet, Printer, vacuumcleaner etc). And the neigborhood!! Just great, there is a wonderfull big park near the appartment (5 minutes walk), the amazing Alexanderplatz is just 10 minutes walk from the appartment (you also can take the M2, that is just around the corner, and you will arrive in just a minute at the wonderful Alexander Platz). And just around the corner there is a self-service laundry, for just 2,50euro you can do your laundry! Everything is so good organized for your stay, I defenitely am going to stay here again when I will visit Berlin again (and I defenitely will visit Berlin and this apartement again!).
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

I strongly recommend it

I recently spent two most enjoyable months in this small apartment. The
neighborhood is calm, pleasant, close by streetcars, buses, S-Bahn and
U-Bahn to the various centers of Berlin. The studio is comfortable,
extremely clean, well-heated, with a very large bathroom and a
kitchenette, all fully equipped with anything one needs or wishes ... It
is perfectly quiet day and night ... I strongly recommend it.
