Our heritage protected property is not only fascinating due to its distinctive architecture but also due to its history. Enjoy the unique atmosphere of a 200 year old building that among other things served as royal forestry. Our newly renovated holiday apartment with its tasteful interior design is the perfect place to relax and enjoy. Our home is conveniently located on the outskirts of the village only a 10 min walk away from the centre. The buses to the local ski resort as well as to the lakes stop right opposite the house. We are only a couple of steps away from beautiful cross country skiing and walking areas. Nearby you will find a supermarket, tennis courts, fishing ponds and restaurants.

Reit im Winkl, undoubtedly is one of the most charming Bavarian villages. Surrounded by a most picturesque landscape with green meadows, magic woods, stunning mountains and crystal clear lakes it is easy to fall in love with it straight away. On top of this the village itself has a most charming face. All houses are built in the traditional way and cared for with love. In summer you won’t find a house without flower decorations on windows or balconies. You’ll find numerous rustic restaurant and inviting beer gardens to enjoy the original atmosphere even more. Come in and feel the special touch of Bavarian ‘Gemütlichkeit’. Reit im Winkl is situated in the southernmost part of Upper Bavaria right on the border to Austria. Therefore its location is conveniently central. Famous sites like Salzburg, Munich, Kitzbühel, Lake Chiemsee with the king's castle, Berchtesgaden and Innsbruck are all located within a radius of 100 km.

Sehr schöne, super saubere und gemütliche Wohnung. Bücher, Spiele und eine gut ausgestattete Küche lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Reit im Winkl bietet Möglichkeiten zum Abfahrtsski, sowie Langlauf und zum Wandern.
Wir können diese Wohnung für Urlauber, die eine individuelle und erholsame Reise unternehmen möchten weiterempfehlen.

Wir beide (32+33 Jahre) durften Mitte Oktober eine wunderschöne Herbswoche im Forsthaus in Reit im Winkl verbringen. Den anderen Bewertungen können wir uns nur anschliessen. Die Ferienwohnung im Forsthaus ist wirklich wunderbar. Alles da was man so braucht, sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Reit im Winkl liegt sehr zentral und war für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für diverse Unternehmungen. Ein ganz herzliches Danke auf diesem Wege nochmals an die äußerst nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin und ihrer Familie. Viele Grüße vom Fuße der Schwäbischen Alb.

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 2 pubertierende Jungen) haben im Februar eine wunderschöne Woche in Reit im Winkl und im Forsthaus verleben dürfen. Die Wohnung ist freundlich, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung an elektrischen Haushalts- und Unterhaltungsgeräten ist absolut i.O.. Die Vermieterin ist sehr, sehr nett, hilfsbereit, aufgeschlossen, humorvoll, unkompliziert, mit obendrein interessantem Lebenslauf - kurz: man muss Haus und Frau einfach kennen lernen! Die Wintersportmöglichkeiten waren für uns optimal. Unsere Jugend zog es mit dem Snowboard auf die Steinplatte, wir Senioren vergnügten uns beim Langlauf. Ein ganz besonderer Tipp: Die Hemmersuppenalm ist ein wunderschönes Langlaufparadies! In der dazugehörigen Baude kann man auch gut essen. Wir kommen wieder, ganz bestimmt!

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal über Weihnachten in der Ferienwohnung und es hat uns immer sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut in Schuss. Vor allem die Vermieterin ist super nett, hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause.
Reit im Winkl ist ein toller Winter-Ferienort, in dem man auch ohne Ski tollen Urlaub machen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung + herzliche Gastgeber

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr freundlich eingerichtet und äußerst sauber. Modernes Mobiliar ist gekonnt mit altem kombiniert. Das Bad ist eine kleine Wellneoase. Die Wohnung strahlt eine absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre aus! Bücher, Spiele und sämtliche Kochutensilien komplementieren das Angebot.

Nur noch besser als die Wohnung selber sind die Vermieter. Neben sämtlichen Urlaubstips und vergessenen Lebensmitteln erhält man hier - wenn man möchte und keinesfalls aufdringlichen- äußerst sympathischen Familienanschluß. Kinderfreundlichkeit ... selbstverständlich!

Auch das unmittelbare Umfeld der Ferienwohnung ist prima: ein schöner Fußweg führt direkt in den Ortskern. Weitere Spazier- und Wandermöglichkeiten beginnen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert!
