With its split plan level settings, enjoy the Master Bedroom Suite and Master Bath with private shower and tub, lot of space to roam, double sink and double walk in closets all designed for you as a couple.

Extra comfort to explore and navigate to additional space, are two bedrooms in the quests section with own bath, two singles beds separately made, and a queen size with additional space in the den furnished with folding beds

Formal living and dining area designed for comfort, quietness, and private conversation away from the TV room/Den

Enjoy the full kitchen provided with cooking tools, flat wear and serving utensils to prepare, serve and enjoy delicious dishes at your own convenience when ever time of the day or night!

You will have a two cars garage with remote openers for easy access with additional parking space in drive way. The laundry room is furnished with a washer and dryer for you to access anytime.

About The Owner

My profession compells me to travell a lot, to areas of special interest. Palm Bay is one of the area I most certainly choose to love. Because of its tranquil settings and spacious environment away from the busy working activities in the Fort Lauderdale first home town, I can always get away to spend quality time with my family in central florida with all the central location attractions around to get refreshed and renewed

For My family and I, Palm Bay is the perfect place to grow in every way suitable for a healthy lifestyle.We bought this home since 2005, and every year we all look forward to getting away from the busy Ft. Lauderdale activities to enjoy our Central Florida Paradise..The Home is located nearby to all the major Central Florida attractions and its an easy access to get to the less crowded beach, that is about 10-15 minutes driving east.

What makes this house unique

Over the past six years, it had been a much fulfilled experience for us. The comfort, and quietness in the convenience of our home. We always look forward driving to the nearby places to enjoy life at its fullest, after all we only have one life to live and it has to be done the right way. Central Florida is the kind of attraction that one just cannot afford to lose precious time not to notice it all; it’s like each experience has a different impact on you, a night under the starry lit sky, sitting on the beach or fishing on the pier, or taking a ride around town in the nearby cities. Dancing to the rhythm of reggae beat or salsa music; you wish it will never end!

A home that welcomes you after a hectic day of adrenaline filled-base enjoyment from Wild Rides to Dreaming On The High Seas taking a cruise, a visit to Port Canaveral, a destination all in its own, a visit into the wild interacting with the animal, experience that make you want to become a child again, The Museums, Performing and Visual Art Centre with their creative energy, and artistic expressions, eating and drinking out from exotic taste of different culture. This home is unique in that it is spacious, private, ultra clean and environmentally friendly for children and adults of any age. Provides a family oriented ambience, clean entertainment and literally sound proof. It{s an awesome place to experience solitude and tranquility which i never get. The kitchen and living room area is just majestic, washing dishes is reduced to the minimal because of it{s excellent outlay. The bedrooms are just heavenly refreshing, I fell asleep in just a matter of seconds tired or not. I recommend this home for families with many kids like mine lol. The children have more than enough space to do their own thing while you do yours with the high speed internet. Looking forward to visit again soon. When you book it, you will not be disappointed and that is a guarentee.

Quiet and clean

We came to Palm Bay to visit with family and it was just what we needed in terms of a quiet, clean home that was comfortable and roomy enough for our toddlers to play. It was disappointing that the wi-fi that was promised was not actually installed in the home until after our arrival and the TV's were a bit outdated. That being said, I would still recommend this rental for its cleanliness, comfort and close proximity to the center of Palm Bay. We would rent here again!

we had a marvelous 9 days staying at Marjorie's home in March 2012.. The home was extremely well maintained and clean. The owner( she is charming and quite the poet!) greeted us on arrival and bid us adieu when we left. Our daughter and 2 month old baby stayed with us and loved every minute. We would highly recommend this gem of a home!

House was as advertised. Clean, convenient to stores, golf, grocery, restaurants, etc. House was adquately equipped. Large and roomy. Huge master bath. Ditto kitchen. Large closets. Quiet neighborhood. Convenient for daily walk. Reasonable TV channels to select from. Good internet, free phone incl LD. TV's are dated and need to be upgrades.
