Everything has been redone in this 8 bedroom house. Basement has a Game room with a Bar, Pub tables, Pool Table, Ping Pong, electronic dart board, and much much more. Large sun room. All new furniture in the entire house. New carpets throughout, fresh paint and new kitchen cabinets & granite counter tops. House was built in 2004. House is 5 miles from skiing and 150 yards from the beach and lake.You can see it from the deck. This is a must see. 15 Minutes from Whitewater rafting, paintball, Skiing, golf, Outlets, Casino.This is the place to be. This house sleeps 22 easy. You won't be disappointed.

COMMUNITY ONLY ALLOWS 8 WRISTBANDS PER RENTER. YOU CAN NOT PURCHASE ADDITIONAL WRISTBANDS.

Skiing: Jack Frost Mountain provides an inviting ski area with a summit elevation of 2000 feet, base elevation of 1400 feet and vertical drop of 600 feet. 21 different slopes to include: ski school learning slope, 4 Easiest (beginner slopes, 6 More Difficult (intermediate slopes), 8 Most Difficult (advanced slopes) and 2 Terrain Parks. There are 9 lifts: 1 quad, 2 triples, 6 doubles and 1 ski carpet (used for kids lesons only).

Big Boulder Ski Area is devoting 50% of its overall terrain to park features. The base elevation is 1700 feet with a summit elevation of 2175 feet and a vertical drop of 475 feet. Big Boulder boasts the most progressive and innovative terrain park program. 15 different slopes to include: 4 Easiest (beginner slopes), 3 More Difficult (intermediate slopes), 3 Most Difficult (advanced slopes) and 5 Terrain Parks. There are 8 lifts:2 triples, 5 doubles and 1 ski carpet.

Paintball & whitewater rafting in 1 location : Individuals as well as small and large groups are all welcome on our gamelands. If you come with less than 20 people, we will do our best to pair you up with players of the same skill level. If you come with a group of 20 or more players, you will play privately all day long – Just you, your friends and a variety of playing fields!

Golf: Golf Course is one of the best-kept secrets in the Northeast, offering 27-holes to resort guests and the public. It’s majestic 585-yard 11th hole claims one of the most spectacular views in the entire Northeast, let alone one found on a golf course. Because the holes are spaciously distributed, carts with GPS are provided. Play takes about 4 1/2 hours to complete 18 holes.

The starting tees on this 6,500-yard course are impressively landscaped. Offering championship black to ladies red, each starting tees offers its own unique view of the fairway, having been positioned at different angles and elevations. The trees surrounding the course are abundant and as most trees indigenous to the region, positively burst with color in the fall. On some holes the trees create tight fairways, but the grounds crew at Split Rock do an excellent job managing the undergrowth so a duffer can find their ball without considerable difficulty.

Ski: 6 Miles from Big boulder / Jack Frost resort. Not far from Camelback. There are around 6 slopes within an hours drive but as close as 15 minutes.

Big Boulder PARK has been bringing a quality park to Lake Harmony for years. From 3pm on, Big Boulder is home to the best terrain park in the mid-Atlantic, named a top 5 terrain park on the east coast by TransWorld snowboarding. Starting in 2008, we will be bringing the same terrain experience you know and LOVE from Big Boulder PARK to Jack Frost. Same features. Same builders. Same park crew

ONE Park will offer a much longer trail, so you can bet that there will be some unique features at ONE Park that we just can't pull off at Boulder PARK. Jack Frost opens 9am midweek and 8am Saturday and Sunday, so bring your family and friends 7 days a week to ONE Park and get your park on.

Great Home for Families

This spacious home suited us very well and exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice layout, spacious tables, and doors that closed off the dining room and basement to help our toddlers stay in the main living area. It was well-maintained and clean, and the owner was excellent, promptly returning calls and responding to any issues. Upon our arrival, we had some trouble with the hot tub, so we called her and she personally came out and spent time making sure it was fixed so that we could enjoy it the remainder of our stay. We were very impressed and so appreciated the personal care taken to ensure our enjoyment. The close proximity to the lake, sand, and playground was a huge attraction for us. Tennis courts were in excellent shape. We would certainly recommend this property to friends and relatives, and hope to return again, as long as our family doesn't outgrow it, with more babies on the way!

Great spot for a weekend retreat

House is huge, cool and fun. We had around 20 people for a weekend, and there was always plenty of room for people. Jacuzzi room was very cool, although we never ended up trying it...Dining room is nice and long so that the entire group can have dinner together. While there isnt a large enough living room for everyone to sit and chill in at once, there is definitely enough chilling space in the various spots around the house. The outside grounds are beautiful as well, with a gorgeous lake a 2 minute walk from the house. Pool table was lots of fun, although we couldn't get the arcade games to work properly....Sound system throughout the house was a nice touch. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and modern, all bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Sitting on the large outdoor deck in the Poconos is amazing.

Would definitely recommend. My main peeves were that linen and towels were not included. The listing clearly says the property does NOT come with it, so nothing unexpected here. Just saying, when you have such an inclusive big place, and you pay for cleaning, it would be a welcome touch....Just saying. But overall, highly recommended.

Great House for a Large Get Together

We recently had my wife's surprise 30th birthday party at the house and had over 20 people stay there for the weekend. The house had enough room for everyone and we even had a enough space for the murder mystery we held at the house. The game room and the basement were great places to hang out.

My only compliant was there was a fair amount of cigaratte butts and trash under the deck when we arrived, but besides that the house was great and I would reccomend it for group gatherings.

This home is fabulous!!!!

We stayed here in March 2013. This home is Amazing! It is HUGE! The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. We were a party of 9 couples and the way it is set up, we could VERY comfortably all hang out together and still have tons of room! I loved the giant dining areas. It was great to have everyone eating together. The set up of the house, everything from the family room, the bedrooms, the bathrooms, the dining areas, the deck and the hot tub were purposeful and well thought out. Even the location and the parking was great, On a scale of 1-10, I would give this home an 11!!! I can't wait to go back :)

Wonderful Weekend of Fun and Relaxation!!!!

Thank you for helping us create a weekend of memories with family! We were able to get our whole extended family together under one roof for the first time in years to celebrate the holidays! From our first phone call with Colleen through check out, the process was seamless! Upon arrival the house was immaculate (and that is coming from a picky mom) and there was plenty of room to fit 4 families with children comfortably! The furnishings are all brand new and kept much better than any other rental we have ever used. We never felt crowded or on top of each other. We truly appreciate your attention to detail in the kitchen where every serving piece and cooking necessity was provided for a rental home. An early Christmas dinner was enjoyed by everyone! The husbands would like to personally thank you for all of the "fun" the basement provided! Hours of ping pong, arcade games, darts, and poker kept them happily occupied! We didn't even need to leave the house. My personal favorite was relaxing with my sisters and cousins in the hot tub until the wee hours of the morning! Thank you again Colleen and family for sharing your beautiful home with us! We are already planning our return trip next year!!
