This large cozy two bedroom newly remodeled home with all the amenities. Fox Cities Corporate Housing provides a fully furnished rental, your home away from home will have everything from basic cooking utensils, a Keurig with your first round of pods, hair dryer, desk, cruiser bike to explore the town. If there is something you need and we don't have it we will supply it! (within reason)

Pet Fee:
If you stay with a pet you must clean up after them, this includes both inside the home and outside. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be left in a crate if left home alone. Penalties will be charged at checkout if rules are not followed by pet owner. The $150 is for one pet for a stay of 30 days or less, if you have multiple pets and or will be staying for over 30 days please reach out to adjust pricing accordingly.

Home is located on a cul-de-sac of a dead end road. Super quite and private. Less than 10 min drive to 3 downtowns (Menasha, Neenah, &Appleton) so there is plenty to do and see. The Menasha lake front and Jefferson park make a great relaxing visit as well.

Downtown Menasha is a compact area that is easy to navigate on foot or by bike. The downtown area is home to several local shops, restaurants, and bars, all within a few blocks of each other. If you prefer to drive, there is ample street parking available as well as several public parking lots. Additionally, the city offers a free trolley service during the summer months, making it easy to explore the area and get to your desired destination.
