1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, sleeps 2 preferably - 4 people maximum

Periwinkle Cottage (located on Broadway Terrace) this charming carriage house offers guests 2 townhouse units to choose from.

Unit 2 (approximately 650 square feet) offers guests a warm and welcoming space to come home with soothing artwork, light colored walls and lots of natural light. This unit includes a spiral staircase which leads to the second floor Queen-size bedroom and bathroom with tub/shower. First floor offers a quaint kitchen and open living room/dining area. This unit offers guests climate control (A/C), and second floor shared laundry.

This unit has parking for 2 vehicles, private outdoor space and gas grill.

Both units have recently been updated with American Leather Comfort Queen-Plus Sleep Sofas - voted #1 in sleep comfort. You can go to American Leather's website to view the video on this sleep sofa.

    A 2-night stay pays $20 more per night.
    During PEAK Season take 10% OFF a stay of 7-nights or longer in the months of May, June, September, October. Arrival day is flexible.

    HIGH PEAK Season (July and August) requires a 7-night stay (Saturday to Saturday rental only).
    2-guests $1,150; 3-guests $1,250; 4-guests $1,350.

    A security deposit is requried to reserve dates. Reservation is not confirmed until security deposit is received.

    We receive numerous inquires about availability daily and reserve dates based on paid security deposit only.

    PLEASE: No pets, no smoking.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:
    A service fee of $25 is charged for a cancellation. Please inquire about other restrictions.

Thank you for providing such a nice place for Karen and I to celebrate our birthdays. As many have said before, your hospitality made the stay worth doing again.
We took your suggestion and went to "Alchemy" for dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Surprising Karen is a favorite pass time of mine, so thank you especially for getting the two roses for my sweetheart. She was surprised.
We'll definitely be back and are even thinking of renting both units at the same time rather than doubling up.
Whether it is one unit or two, Karen and I will be back. It is obvious that you're the consummate "Innkeeper", by making us feel welcomed and well provisioned.
