Or, move the meal through the handy kitchen window pass through to dine in the informal dining area off the family room. Feeling fancy? Dine in the formal dining room off the kitchen. Multiple areas to dine, indoors or out.
Similarly, ample living to be alone or with the family/friends with an outdoor seating and two indoor rooms. Large living and family rooms are both equipped for entertainment, with ample space to relax, converse or enjoy music or television/movies.

Master bedroom is fully furnished with a large armoire, queen bed, and nightstands. Fully outfitted walk-in closet for convenient dressing. Master bath is tiled with all new Grohe bath fixtures/hand shower and separate his-and-hers sink vanities.
Guest bedroom 1 is fully furnished with a queen bed. While guest bedroom 2 is for the young, or young at heart, with a twin bunk over full-sized bed and a twin trundle underneath. Guest bath shared by both rooms is fully tiled and outfitted with new floors, shower/tub and bath fixtures.
The large garage includes adult bikes, beach chairs and umbrella for your enjoyment.
We are less than one mile to the Gulf with access to a private beach. The beach is pristine, rarely crowded and has outdoor showers, gorgeous landscaping, grass lawns, picnic tables, children’s play areas, free parking and a brand new bathrooms. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and bikes are available for your use.

The rates quoted are for High, Shoulder and Low season, plus 10% extra for major US holidays. Discounts are available for rentals of 3 months or more.
The listed rates include all utilities (electricity, gas for pool, water, internet/cable, as well as the usual waste management, pool maintenance & landscaping maintenance). Additional to the rental fee are the 10% Florida lodging tax and a $250 cleaning fee.
To secure a reservation, we require $750 rental reservation deposit due immediately. This converts to the refundable security deposits. Rental total must be paid 45 days prior to check-in date.

We fell in love with Naples and bought this home. I am a private pilot and fly into the Naples airport (APF) from Wisconsin. We have three small children, the oldest is seven. Our style is functional, definitely not over the top. We prefer quality over quantity.
After vacationing in a variety of warm-weather destinations over the years, we finally came to Naples this past year. The area was so lovely, nicely kept, and with so much to do for all ages that we decided to buy a vacation property. We look forward to returning to Naples frequently. Our home allows for the best of both worlds: when you tire of the beaches and dining out, you have your own screened in, salt water, heated pool and lanai, as well as a Weber gas grill and well-stocked kitchen. When you're ready to join the world, you can visit our two favorite beaches (Moorings private Beach Club and Naples Pier) or explore the many others nearby. The zoo is quite nice, impressive really for such a small town. Olde Naples downtown is always great--morning, noon or night. Many fantastic restaurants for adults alone or for whole family dining.
Popular beaches just under 2 miles away include the unique Clam Pass Beach, Naples Pier, among others. Naples Zoo is located nearby, as well.
