1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4 comfortably

The property is only 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix. Great place for spring training baseball . Golf courses and 2 casinos are also close by. Mountains are all around immediate area with trails for hiking , mountain biking, and horse back riding. Pool and jacuzzi are just down the steps from the condos entrance. Two fitness centers are also located on the premises. You will love this second floor , comfortable, clean condo.

We are located in Ahwatukee which is 20 minutes from the Phoenix Airport and 20 minutes from the downtown area. Recognized as one of the USA's best places to live, Ahwatukee is a 36 square mile affluent neighborhood at the base of South Mountain which is America's largest municipal park. Golf, tennis, cycling, horseback riding, hiking, and walking trails are all at your doorstep. Shopping is just walking distance for your convenience. You will love this second floor, comfortable, clean condo.

Other Activities: Ice skating in desert called polar ice. Located between Ray Rd. and Chandler Blvd.

Golf: Foothills golf club 18 hole, semi-private, par 73 course. This course is located about 10 minutes away down Chandler Blvd.

Ski: Snow Bowl is located in Flagstaff, AZ. which is a 2 hour drive away.

GREAT LOCATION

My husband and I had so much fun on our vacation. The condo was clean, and well kept. When we werent out hiking, golfing and enjoying the great shops and restaurants we could just take a day to lounge at the pool. Very nice scenery and very relaxing.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing

I had the best time staying at the condo. It was at a great location and close to everything we wanted to do. During the day, we were able to relax by the pool and could see the door to the condo because it was so close. The condo was very cozy and clean. I felt right at home. Honestly, I didn't want to leave! I loved everything about it!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
