The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.

As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feel
Within the community there are 3 swimming pools,there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides.

Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.

This lovely 4 bedroom home offers plenty of space over 2 storeys. It features a master bedroom with ensuite as well as an additional family bathroom.

Downstairs you will find 2 sitting areas, one which is more formal in the dining area and another which is a family room and situated around the main TV. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with all appliances such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. There is also a seperate laundry area. Outside, is your own pool and spa situated around your sunny pool deck. The deck is fully furnished with all patio furniture and is the ideal spot for sun bathing. The pool and spa are heatable. A lovely family home.
