Overall, the house was very nice and just as described. The house was spacious enough for our family of four (two young kids) plus two grandparents. The layout was a little awkward for us but worked out. The king master is on the first floor at one end of the house. The smallest bedroom with a full bed and en suite bath is at the other end of the first floor, right by the entrance. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has two twins. These bedrooms share a bathroom at the end of the hall. Having a pool at the house was great, although the "hot tub" is the same temperature as the rest of the pool, just with jets. The community was lovely and about a 10-15 minute drive to various Disney parks. We used the on-site water park one day and had a great time.

The house was nicely appointed and decorated and generally clean. However, there were little issues and a lack of attention to details by the management company/cleaning service. We requested a pack-and-play for our baby and received an email confirming it would be at the house. It was not. We called and it was delivered late afternoon the next day. The garbage from the previous vacationers was piled high in garbage bins the garage, leading to a smelly situation. We had to call more than once and it was finally picked up two days later. Small details were overlooked--the garbage can lid in the kitchen was broken and the pots/pans are rather flimsy. The propane tank for the grill was empty. There was no extra toilet paper or any garbage bags. We just took care of these things on our own because it was much easier than to keep calling the property management company for these issues.

This house was nice and there was enough space to spread out. However, all these little issues were rather annoying--if it had been only one or two things, it wouldn't have bothered us. But they all added up! That said, the house itself is lovely and we had a great vacation.
