If you need time to relax, you can enjoy a glass of wine while cooking a steak on the massive 1,500 square foot patio that looks towards stampede park.

Lovely apartment, fully stocked, and centrally located. However, we received instructions at the 11th hour after many requests, and even those were a bit haphazard which caused some anxiety.

Stampede Visitors

We truly felt we had found the perfect place for enjoying the Stampede and all that downtown Calgary has to offer. We parked the car and never used it for the time we were there. Perfect location for us and we had friends also visiting and staying in their RV at a park. The patio served as a great place to rest and entertain. We will highly recommend to others. It accomodated four very easily.

Incredible Patio...Convenient Location!

We were recently in town for the Globalfest fireworks competition. This was our first visit to Calgary so we took a leap of faith in selecting a condo and location and got lucky! The condo was comfortable and well designed and the location was very convenient with shopping, dining and attractions within an easy walk. The best feature of the condo was the spacious patio. We used it nightly for grilling, dining and enjoying the view of downtown. We were very happy with the condo and plan on renting it again when we return for Globalfest next year.

Great condo close to a lot of amenities

This was my first vacation rental with this site and I was very happy with the rental property. I was a bit reluctant at first since there were no reviews on this condo but I found out later that it's used mostly for company employees. The photos are all accurate. Didn't get a chance to make use of the patio when we were there but the patio is massive. There is a gym on the same floor as well which was a nice bonus. There were quite a few amenities nearby (Shoppers Drugmart, Grocery store and restaurants). Overall I was very pleased with the condo and would definitely rent the place again if I needed one in the future.
