Cottage, 2 BR, Living Room, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4). Ideal for couples or singles.

This cozy and romantic cottage is available year round. It is located in the desirable Land Harbor community in Linville, NC and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. It is perfect for either a couple or a solo traveler.

As our guests, you will be able to enjoy all that our community has to offer including an 18-hole golf course (fees apply), swimming, fishing, tennis courts, shuffleboard and more! The community is also great for walking. Or, if you prefer, you can just sit on the covered deck or in front of the fireplace and enjoy glass of wine or a good book.

The cabin is fully furnished, with all linens and kitchen necessities provided. There are several grocery stores close by and many restaurants are just a short drive away in Newland, Banner Elk and Boone. There is a washer dryer in the cabin and we are equipped with cable and internet.

Peaceful setting in the mountains

My husband and I stayed in this cabin over New Year's and had a wonderful relaxing time. The cabin is very nicely decorated; pictures don't do it justice. The neighborhood is a golf community, but you feel like you're in the woods. We walked all over the development and beside a nice stream. It was really peaceful. The little town of Newland was charming and had grocery store, video rentals and a great barbeque restaurant. We would love to visit here again.

This is the second time I've stayed at John's cabin in the mountains, in the North Carolina "high country". Great cabin! Very clean with extra comforts of home, makes it very nice to stay there. John is great to work with and makes it very easy to stay there. Thanks again for another great vacation in NC.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights to celebrate our recent second anniversary and my 30th birthday. The cottage is in such a quaint and cozy neighborhood - the perfect location to escape the hustle and bustle for a few days. It was so relaxing. The cottage was tastefully decorated, stocked with household items, and extremely clean. It is a very short drive outside of Linville with access to the there Bs - Banner Elk, Blowing Rock and Boone. We were lucky to visit at peak leaf change and everywhere we looked offered a breathtaking view. It was certainly hard to leave. We HIGHLY recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a quiet mountain getaway!

Perfect Retreat

This cozy little cottage was the perfect place for escaping the heat, resting and relaxing. The deck is a quite and secluded spot for sitting with a book or glass of wine. It is more charming than the photos reflect. Very nicely decorated and has everything to make your stay comfortable. Pefectly clean and well-maintained. The owner was great. The location is convenient to so many activites and restaurants. I totally recommend this cottage.
