Renovations were completed in March 2024. Everything (walls, floors, appliances, furniture) is new.

7 can sleep comfortably when 1 or more guests are children.

This condo is tastefully decorated and features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa that opens to a full-sized bed, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need to prepare your own meals, potentially saving you hundreds of dollars a day in restaurant meals. This condo has marble counters, modern oven, microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker and a dishwasher. The condo also features a private balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.

The BEST things about this unit: CLEAN and modern with a FULL kitchen, FREE parking on property within steps to the lobby (no stairs required), newly remodeled, beautiful view overlooking palm trees to Kalakaua Avenue, and LOCATION! You'll be within walking distance to all that Waikiki has to offer. This 675 sq. ft. condo will be your home away from home.

Recommended for families traveling with children or couples traveling together.
This unit includes 1 Queen bed in the front bedroom, 2 Double beds in the back room and a couch sleeper in the living room.

Located within the secure gate of The Royal Aloha, guests have access to the swimming pool, outside BBQ area, and use of the laundry facilities located on each floor.

Other things to note:
Access to the building is acquired with a FOB. Access to the parking space is with a remote. You will be given an access code to a lockbox which has everything you need to enter the building. The front door to the unit is accessed with an electronic combination lock which will be given to you before check in.

Waikiki is a vibrant urban area so please keep in mind that there is potential for the sounds of sirens and street noise when staying in Waikiki.

Cute Condo
This condo was super cute and in a great central location. It was a simple walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The condo was cute and the perfect size for a small family. The owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive! Thank you Gina!

I was born in Honolulu and grew up all over - living in California, Texas, South Carolina, Missouri, the Philippines, Oregon and Washington. I graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Master's Degree in Social Work. I never got to work using my degree because my mother and I opened a retail beauty store immediately after I graduated college, then opened 3 more. We closed our last store after 35 years on December 31, 2022. I bought my first condo that same year. My husband and I purchased 609 in 2023, and finished remodeling in 2024.
Not only is my husband my handyman but he's also a News Reporter/Weekend News Anchor/Weekend Meteorologist on KITV Island News (Paul Drewes).
I've been hosting for about 2 years and I absolutely LOVE hosting!

Why they chose this property

Waikiki is beautiful with some of the best beaches for boogey boarding and swimming, not to mention views of Diamond Head. Waikiki also has some of the best restaurants in Honolulu (my favorite is Orchid's at The Halekulani), but there are so many restaurants and other places outside of Waikiki to visit as well.

What makes this property unique

This condo in The Royal Aloha is unique because it's one of the few legal vacation rentals on Oahu that offers 2 bedrooms and has parking. Parking is not easy to find or affordable in Waikiki! Even better, this unit's parking space is on property and within a few steps to the Lobby entrance. There are also no stairs between your car and the elevators.
The location of the building is within walking distance to most anywhere in Waikiki, yet it's at the entrance to Waikiki making it easier to traffic during the parades and festivals that are held throughout the year.
