If you are looking for relaxation and love the sun and long beach paths, then our new house (160m²) is exactly right for you. The whole day you will be able to find a sunny place on the patios. An overwhelming panoramic view awaits you on the large, secluded roof-deck. Our house has 2 bedrooms and 3 shower/baths on the ground floor. The living-dining room and the kitchen are on the upper level because of the superb sea-views. A freight elevator brings your purchases from the carport to the kitchen. When you are coming back from the beach, you have the option of washing away the sand in the garden's protected outside shower. The whole compound is free-standing on a hill and brings a feeling of vastness. Wonderful tropical plants surround everything. We are glad to help you rent a cheap car. In this case, the car would already be at the airport and would bring you to Praia do Grant. Please ask us about special discounts for October 2007 - January 2008.

Praia do Grant has a flat sand beach. The houses there are all upscale. There are no high rise buildings here. You can easily walk through the surrounding rain forest. There are 10-15 kilometers of sand beaches to the left and right of this bay. In the back-country is Serra do Mar, a large mountain range that looks close enough to touch from your roof-deck on clear days. Florianopolis is about 120 km south and is always worth a visit with its attractions, beaches and dunes. The largest amusement park in Brazil - beto Carero - is about 20 km away and can be easily reached via the highway. Shopping facilities are very nearby - a pharmacy is nearby as well.

Notes: The house is generously designed. There are 2 large hammocks that can be hung on the upper patio or on the ground floor. The kitchen is completely and modernly furnished. Here you either have a view of the rain forest, mountains or the sea. In the living room we have a seat made of rattan with comfortable upholstering and a 2-seater sofa. The inside grill in the dining area is typical for the country, a Churasqueira, meat and fresh fish can be quickly made on it. Fresh, daily caught fish and crab can be purchased at the beach (7 AM - 11 AM). The bedrooms have a lot of drawer space and an amazing view of the garden and sea. The house does not need an air-conditioner, because due to the elevated location of the house, a small breeze goes by year round. We have a German-speaking neighbor that would be glad to help you with any questions. Internet connection possible via telephone.
