Just returned from thirty beautiful days at this lovely home. It is very nicely furnished with all the comfort and amenities you could expect. It is an excellent place to spend a vacation in the desert. It is equipped with the most modern appliances available. The view from the patio is awesome. It's close to many points of interest in the Palm Desert area, especially the multitude of fine eating establishments. Whether you like to play golf or just relax this is a "must stay" place. It's also a very children friendly place with two pools and a suana located within a few hundred feet.

Beautiful Comfortable Home

We stayed here in Dec 2011 and loved every minute. The community friendly, the view is nice, and I especially enjoyed the great putting green right across the street. One of our nicest dinners was in the Chaparrel Club House. The unit itself is decorated beautifully, but cozy, not fussy. You have to love the Wolf range and the Sub-Zero fridge, which the owners left stocked with some nice things that we were welcome to use.
The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the linens and other furnishings as well.
The location is very handy to all the restaurants and attractions in Palm Desert. We would definitely return!

Great stay in a wonderful community

After searching for a quite golf course community, my wife and I found Chaparral. Since other units were available as well, we settled for 374070 over looking a great golf course fairway and the mountains. Wonderful! Also this condo was very pet friendly, clean, and had tremendous upgrades with high-end cooking appliances. This unit is made for entertaining since the condo was apparently remodeled inside it made lots of space for large gatherings and special features complimenting the southwestern interior. We would recommend this condo anytime and expect to be there again this winter. Truly a retreat and a real treat indeed. We loved it. signed:Bob and Sheryl Chase

When Can I Go Back?!?! Loved it!

My family has had the PRIVILEGE of staying at this condo several times! We absolutely love it; there is no other place we'd rather be when we are at the Desert. Sitting on the patio looking out over the golf course and mountains cannot be beat. We love that each bedroom as an attached bathroom! The decor in the house is AWESOME! Makes us feel at home! Would DEFINITELY recommend this condo to friends and family!
