Composed of warm wood finishes, vaulted ceilings, and a brilliant stone fireplace, the spacious living room is perfect for family gatherings and cozy movie nights. Continue to enjoy the dual-sided fireplace's warmth from the dining room and chef's kitchen. The perfect space to show off your culinary skills, the kitchen boasts granite countertops stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. A separate washer/dryer is available off this space for added convenience.

A true haven of peace and quiet, the primary ensuite bedroom has its own large TV, stunning sunroom, and sizable bathroom with a jetted tub. The additional five bedrooms are just as inviting, all with wooden accents and high-quality linens. Most bedrooms have access to the deck, attached full baths, smart TVs, and tastefully decorated decor. There is a kid's room with a daybed on the second floor with games, puzzles, books, and a TV. Continue to enjoy moments with your favorite people in the spacious lower level while playing a game of foosball, table tennis, or pool. A full-size sauna is yet another amenity for everyone to enjoy. Central air-conditioning and internet access round out the stellar list of interior amenities.

Outside, you'll find plenty of space to play frisbee or explore Monte Vista. Lake access is just down the hill, as is a dock where you can launch your boat, fish, or go swimming. Within a quick 15 miles of your doorstep, enjoy exploring Deep Creek Lake State Park, Swallow Falls State Park, Oakland Golf Course, Garrett State Forest, and Deep Creek Lake Discovery Center.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.

Dock details: This home has a private dock. Guests are welcome to tie up their boats by the cleats. Please be sure to bring your own ropes.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
