We expect our guest to maintain the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood. This is not a party house so if that is what you are looking for please do not rent this house, thanks. The house is centrally located near downtown Palm Springs where you will find an abundance of shopping, restaurants, drugstores and grocery stores. We are not far from the Palm Springs airport which offers inexpensive, convenient rental cars. There is a two car attached garage with a washer and dryer.
This 1520 sq.foot home has been remodeled over the past few years and features a large well equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances, even has a seperate wine cooler. The kitchen is fully equipped so bring your cook book and cook while you gaze out the windows towards the pool and lush gardens. The beautiful beamed ceiling living area is very comfortable with a 46 inch flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace with DVD, Stereo and CD player. Wireless internet is also provided for your laptops. The phone service comes with free long distance within the continental United States and Canada.
The sleeping quarters are at the opposite end of the living space. The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and french doors that lead to the patio and pool/spa area. The master bath has a shower/tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's and DVD players. The third sleeping space is an office/bedroom with a queen size bed and desk. This room is also private with a standard door opening onto the hall. Both the second bedroom and office/bedroom share the second bath across the hall. This bathroom has a walk in shower.

This home is an animal free home which is also free of smoking. Outside smoking is acceptable. The home was in great shape when purchased and has been upgraded since then and the pool has been converted to salt water.
