Caveat Emptor (let the buyer beware)

If I could give this rental negative stars, I would. What doesn't show in the pictures is the mold growing under the primer in multiple rooms, the chemical reaction that is occurring on some of the walls, which are bubbling, and the smell that I thought was musty but is something else. After we all started feeling sick and I spent over 1,000 dirhams on a doctor (nothing to treat), we vacated and instantly everyone's eyes stopped burning and my daughter stopped coughing at night. I asked the host for a different rental, but was refused. So I asked for a refund of the remaining nights and was told it was nonrefundable even though I sent pictures and the doctor's bill! I'm stuck with a huge bill and no recourse. Don't let this be you on your next trip to Dubai...
