This villa is huge, with tons of space, a beautiful balcony where 8 can eat at tables while overlooking the ocean. In the kitchen there are granite counter tops, the latest appliances, an eathing bar and a separate dining area.
The bedrooms are large, with plenty of closet space and large bathrooms. You will be amazed at the space, how nicely it is appointed and the view will take your breath away.

While staying with us at villa 2102 you will enjoy 2 private pools just for Margate Tower with a beach bar just a 2 minute walk down the path along the beach. The beach is just 30 yards from the condo tower with chairs and umbrellas to rent or you can bring your own. There are also nice bathrooms in the lobby of the tower only for the residents and tower guests.
There is also a beach bar, restaurant and other activities in Kingston Plantation for your enjoyment while at villa 2102, . If you are inclined, there is a huge health club with every workout machine you can imagine, championship tennis courts and indoor racquetball courts. There is a charge for use of the Sports Center pd directly to them.
If you have never been to the private, gated community of Kingston Plantation you are in for a treat. On the most beautiful section of the Grand Strand, with walking trails, ponds and beautiful landscaping, it is a wonderful community and location.
Whether you are coming to Myrtle Beach for golf, a couples getaway or bringing your family with kids, this is the perfect villa for your vacation. You will not have access to the Water Park at the Embassy Suites.
