AFTER RETIRING IN 2002 MY HUSBAND AND I BUILT THE MAIN HOUSE. LAST YEAR WE COMPLETED THE COTTAGE. WE ENJOY CAMPING, GARDENING AND BUILDING THINGS. WE HAVE A SMALL LAB NAMED BELLA. SHE ADOPTED US IN 2004. SHE HAD NEVER BEEN OFF THE MOUNTAIN - SINCE THEN SHE TRAVELS WITH US EVERYWHERE.
MY HUSBAND WAS VISITING HIS DAUGHTER IN ATLANTA SEVERAL YEARS AGO , AND HAPPENED UPON THIS SITE AND FELL IN LOVE WITH THE LOCATION.
Spent our Thanksgiving week-end here. Great cabin and views; helpful and friendly owners. Really enjoyed the area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the views were as advertised. The owners are most helpful and are very accommodating. A great place to relax and enjoy the mountains.
Gracious hosts greeted us & showed us all the essentials. Equipped with everything one would need for a great get-away. Loved the decks (up & down) with cool mornings for coffee and relaxing. Grill for steaks and tomatoes given us by a neighbor. Perfect for a needed time of rest, relaxation and time away from 'busy'. Only downside is steep stairs to bedroom for knee problems -- but even has half bath upstairs for convenience. Would come again.
My husband and I have been coming to North Georgia Mountains from Orlando for years. This was by far, the best view, so relaxing, convenient, charming, and the owners were an absolute joy to work with. Can't beat it!
Great last minute couple get away. Very Clean!!! Small but cozy. We would definitely go back!
We had a wonderful time! The owners were very accommodating, even gave us fresh tomatoes and snap peas! Will definitely return for out next mountain adventure!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this comfy, cozy little cabin. We needed a relaxing few days away and this place fit the bill. It was clean, well stocked and close to town. We enjoyed our hosts, Peggy and Charlie. Very helpful and friendly, our kind of folks. Hope to see y'all again!
