Our beautiful condo is located on the 10th floor in Southseas Tower One overlooking a private beach for residents.
Wake up to ocean views in the ensuite master bedroom with king size bed. Guest room comes complete with two twin beds. There is a second bathroom (both have full bath and shower) The spacious living room contains a pullout sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Condo is stocked with linens, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys and more.
Boasting a wide lanai that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, Tiger Tail Beach, a beautiful heated swimming pool with the quiet setting of Sand Dollar Island to the West. The Living Room, Master Bedroom and Guest Bedroom each have sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony which makes this a sought after unit, as many of the condos in South Seas do not have ocean views from every room.
Enjoy glorious sunsets on the beautiful tiled balcony which is a great place for eating meals, playing cards, or just stretching out with a good book. Later, you can explore the 3 1/2 mile crescent beach by walking to the North to gather shells and sand dollars along with watching a variety of exotic birds sunbathing on your way. If you travel to the South on your walk, you can stop at the popular Marriott Hotel for a delicious buffet or eat at "Quins" on the beach as you listen to live Island music. Next to South Seas, is Tiger Tail Beach, which offers rentals of inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, windsurfers, and electric-powered boats. A concession stand and a super picnic and playground area are also there for your family.
South Seas is a 24 hour gated community with 55 acres of well-manicured grounds, which include ten tennis courts, boat docks and sidewalks to stroll on around the nearby Bay. Numerous golf courses are close by along with wonderful shops, restaurants and a movie theater to visit. Explore the Island on a bike ride or take a short drive to Naples or visit the Everglades during your visit.
Southseas offers a small fully equipped gym fo active vacationers. A community center for parties or conferences complete with kitchen and dining facilities.
