The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds that also turns into a double bed, built-in wardrobe. The stylish room offers two sofas, LCD TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and a dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and gives access to the service area and for the toilet. For your convenience the property also has wireless Internet, cable TV and washing machine. Located on the 7th floor of a secure building with concierge to 20: 00h in the heart of Ipanema. In just 3 minutes you are on the beach of Ipanema and General Osório Subway Station.

We are a family of five adults from London and stayed there in August. Fantastic location on a lively street, safe and full of shops and cafes, five minutes walk to beach. Clean and nicely decorated, well maintained. The only problem we had was on leaving, when the agency forgot to inform the person who was to check the apartment and return out deposit. We were nearly late for our flight as a result but when the contact person came he was very nice and helpful. Would love to stay there again!
Excelente apartamento, muy cómodo para una familia, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la ciudad. Hay supermercados, restaurantes, bares, tiendas, en la zona. La plaza Osorio está a 50 metros con su parada de metro, omnibus, taxis, desde ahí se puede visitar la ciudad. La playa está a 200 metros. Es una ubicación ideal. Lo único que pediría para mejorar es utensilios para el horno (asaderas) y mas ropa de cama y toallas.

O pagamento do restante do aluguel de 50% + deposito caução R$ 700,00 deverá ser feito em dinheiro, no ato da entrega das chaves. O aluguel também poderá ser pago através dos nossos outros meios de pagamentos. Neste caso terá de ser feito até 7 dias antes da data em que deseja entrar no imóvel.
